For this episode we’re in Williamsburg to experience Kiskiack Golf Club, a course set along the ridge of a natural bluff that offers a fun day of golf for players of all levels.
Designed by architect John LaFoy in 1997, Kiskiack features tree-lined fairways, gorgeous water features and is easily walkable.
…and the easily walkable layout has paid off, Kiskiack was among the first courses in Virginia on board with Youth on Course and to-date leads all Virginia courses in the number of Youth on Course rounds played.
The par 72 layout has ranked in the top-25 of Golf Advisor’s top in the state in each of the last five years and was highlighted by a 2016 ranking of 2 in the category.
While the course can be demanding for the experienced player, the course’s open fairways and picturesque views allow beginners to enjoy a round of golf as well and it’s all the more fun when you’ve scored a great rate using a VSGA VIP Golf Card or Youth on Course membership.
