What is the difference between a Chip and a Pitch?

This video describes the difference between a chip shot and a pitch shot. Chip shots operate from one lever: the lead arm to the body. Pitch shots operate from two levers: the lead arm to the body, and wrist action. Chip shots will launch lower and roll out more, pitch shots will launch higher and will have varying amounts of roll.
