This is Sung Park, PGA Golf Instructor. Here’s a short video lesson on how to fix a hip sway in your swing. Hip sway is a very common problem for a lot of golfers, and it is a no 1 killer for distance and accuracy.
Want to fix this problem?
Put a golf bag or a chair, stick, or a umbrella right next to your trail leg and
practice your backswing. Try to keep your belt buckle in the middle of your stance on your backswing. This practice will help you to be more consistency with irons and longer with drives.
