This is one of my favorite drills to help get the core working better during the back swing.
Remember: the core and the right glute (for right handed golfers) are the 2 MOST important muscle groups for generating POWER in the golf swing
Again, this is all about working smarter and not harder so that your body does NOT break down allowing you to play high quality golf into your 70’s and 80’s!
