Lag putting practice is your best friend
Aside from working on your alignment, swing mechanics, managing your golf game and reading greens: you must become a better putter
You can shot lower scores on your score card, if you play practice include more lag putting. Every golfer 🏌️♀️ likes to have a competitive advantage over their competition. Some golfers are big hitters off the tee, some have a great iron game, some play great fairway woods and putt really well.
If you have strong fundamental skills in all four areas at once, then you must have won many golf tournaments, probably famous on the golf scene, made a lot of money play and then made playing golf a full-time career.
Lag putting from long distances helps you to save strokes and even lower your handicap. I try to practice a minimum of two hours and then work on other skill areas. Before I leave the driving range, I will check my putting skills if it’s not too dark.
Putting skills: analyze the speed of the putting surface, grass type, slope angles, pin placement of the flag and developing your own strategy to read any green. Grind… practice practice and you will become a better player. That’s my golf tip for the day.
