Looovvveeee my hat
This was excellent and a lifesaver in the burning, unforgiving Mediterranean sun! Wide-brimmed, and it let my scalp breathe. Then I could roll it up and pack it in my bag when the hottest part of the day passed.
Oh, and it looks great in pictures if that matters to you. Unfortunately, due to my kalamata olive obsession, I got olive brine on mine so I need to replace it ASAP.
I will be buying another one!
The visor is fantastic for protecting your face from the sun.
I really appreciate the ability to roll it up for travel and that rolling helps maintain its shape.Sadly the bow in the back of the visor lost the fabric holding it together the very first time that I wore it.
I loooved this hat on our recent trip to the Dominican!
It was pretty hot & humid down there, and normally the cute floppy hats don’t work for me because I simply have way too much hair when it’s tied in a bun on top of my head – the hat won’t sit right or won’t sit on my head at all.
I could wear my hair down, of course, but then it would stick to my neck and back and just make me warmer. This was the perfect solution! I put my hair in a top knot each day and threw this hat on.
Easy peasy. It’s also nice that it’s adjustable so I could change the fit and it would snuggly fit whether I wanted it at a steep angle, or more perpendicular to the rest of my head.
