Golfers can improve their aim in putting by training their eyes to see what square aim looks like.
Players can have visual aim bias from binocular vision and one eye dominance that make it difficult to aim their putter on the start line. If the putter is not aimed accurately, a player must then make an adjustment in their stroke to start a ball on a start line.
A player can certainly putt well while making adjustments for bad aim, but this can be high maintenance and less reliable under pressure.
