Most golfers want to find the secret. The one “magic move” or “feel” that solves all of their golfing problems. The trouble is, this magical pill simply doesn’t exist. The reality is that the range of different shots you need to hit on the course requires much more than a “one size fits all” solution.
The main focus with LONG GAME practice is to close the face to the path, reduce spin loft, and increase smash factor (ball speed) to maximise distance. The SHORT GAME, however, has very different requirements and, as such, requires a very different approach. All swings and shots are NOT created equally (even if we’d like them to be)!
This video tackles the number one mistake you’re making when you try to transfer your LONG GAME practice to your SHORT GAME. And provides solutions to this problem via a special “SHORT GAME GRIP” to manage your wrist angles and a way to manage the club path using a basic alignment stick.
