In this 25 minute strength based yoga practice you will work through the whole rotation of the hip joint. The hip joint is comprised of the head of the femur (thigh bone) and the pelvis. Movement can be from rotating the pelvis in the stable thigh bone or moving the thigh bone in the stable pelvis. We will explore both! And with practice you’ll build muscle pliability & joint mobility.
