Hitting the ball on the drop or on the rise?

Sometimes it is hard to decide if you want to let the ball drop or you hit the ball on the rise especially beginner players should learn how to hit the ball on the drop and move their feet accordingly once the players get really good and what they are doing it’s time to take the ball on the rise where different components come in to play like technical things keeping the takeback short and the follow-through shorter

Minute 0-0:54 introduction
Minute 0:54-1.30 hitting the ball on the drop
Minute 1:30 – 2:00 hitting the ball regular
Minute 2:00 – end hitting the ball on the rise
