Drill:
Crossing the right hand under the left and placing the backs of the hands together. The right or back hand pulls the left or lead hand back and left pulls the right forward. with body left shoulder moves down to the ball back and right shoulder moves down to the ball forward. Finish posted up balanced on left heal arms extended out away from torso.
