1. GOLF SWING:
Standing in perfect golf posture, hold the elastic grip with two hands grip and swing
the elastic side to side, get the resistance of the band with control and keeping your core engage.
2 sets X 20 reps

2. Biceps Curl:
Stand up straight, bring your legs apart and perform your exercise by placing the elastic band
on your foot, grab the elastic band and perform your exercise. Full extension of your arms and full flexion for your elbows is require.
