In this video I demonstrate some Deadlift variations. These variations can be great to learn the hip hinge movement pattern, improve body awareness and increase strength whilst transferring into the golf swing for a better posture, more stable and powerful golf swing.
The Deadlift variations are listed below and start with, probably, the most basic if you are a beginner. And you can look to progress from a Kettlebell to Barbell (for example), in order to progressively overload/ increase strength.
