Me and Alissa Kacar (@newladygolfer) will be demonstrating my two go-to stretches to do at the tee box whenever I am running late for my tee time and have no time for a proper golf fitness warmup.
These two exercises will help you get your hips and shoulders ready to rotate. Additionally, they will help you work on the upper/lower body separation (also known as dissassociation) required for an efficient golf swing sequence!
