I love hurling, ty for making a vid on it
The cricket bat just sounds so crisp beautiful sound.
The cricket bat is not a baseball type, it's for hitting a ball that has bounced once with varying types of spin designed to change the trajectory, a much more skilful game.
Cricket bats need to be knocked(a process of hardening the bat) before you can use it in a match
Is it illegal to play baseball and not have a curly mullet?
If you use knock the cricket bat the bar will be a beast
Do golf
It's funny how low the exit velo was on the tennis balls too compared to pro men's tennis players too… who are in the 120 – 130 mph range typically, with some rare spikes up to 140-150 mph. I did have the pleasure of taking a few first serves from the #1 player in my state as a high schooler, and holy shit, nothing going from like average high schooler up to 100 mph + insane pro-level spin, which was probably the most difficult thing to handle. I couldn't do anything but watch it go by and with the spin, if you didn't get it on the rise off the ground, it'd be too high to reach…. and I had previously been playing baseball at a relatively high level, taking BP & 1on1 coaching with a former pro, and at the LL level, had regularly trained with a LL distance machine going at MLB level reaction timings & speeds.
1:04 oh only 350 dollars that’s pocket money 😂😂😂
Badminton, shuttlecock hits over 150mph regularly. and has hit 250mph before
Why the f*ck do you keep hitting fouls
dont watch a lot of baseball but this guy is very satisfying to watch
Kookaburra cricket balls are Test cricket quality
Cricket balls against hurling bat
Hurling looks insanely dangerous
There’s an Irish woodworking YouTuber named Eion(Owen)Riorden who makes Hurley’s from scratch, maybe if you message him he’d make you a BatBros Hurley
350 is cheap to you
Just saw this. First, I am impressed with you hand eye co-ordination, I bet you could hit a tater swinging a pool cue. You might have tried out a hurling goalies stick, which is bigger and heavier and can hit the ball much farther and faster. Cheers.
Old man's game? Silly boy, wait until your body breaks down 😂
Baseball, huh?
His bank account is probably crying
someone tell him to get the cricket bat knocked and that ball is gonna go into orbit
The pitching machine is pitching wrong for a cricket
og people used tennis balls as baseballs when you don’t have one
It would be interesting if you added squash rackets/squash balls and racquetball racquets/racquetballs to this comparison for speed & distance too! I'd like to know!
How have I never heard about Hurling? Seems cool.
Strangest cricket ball I've ever seen, probably isn't even leather.
Hitting 330 w the softball 😭
Now mix things up and see what the best implement/ball combo is.
I used to practice my swing in the backyard with racquetballs. It gave me a satisfying hit and was less likely to break a window if it went sideways. (Lived in the ‘burbs, lots of close houses.)
ONLY 350? WTF THATS 2 TO 3X MORE EXPENSIVE THAN NORMAL BATS IN CRICKET
