  1. This one is perfect for me. I can tell it is helping my strength and balance when my weight is on my (old) injured right foot. Love it!! I wish I had this exercize nine years ago. I am thinking that i would be better off today had I access to your exercizes. My time at physical therapy was a bit of a waste.
