Ah, Widerøe. The next stop for pilots too crazy for the airforce. Extreme skill and competence, but known to be slightly unhinged.
Their bread and butter is the short runway network, flying turboprop planes (mostly DeHavilland Dash-8 these days after retiring the Twin-Otter). They're known for getting there almost no matter what, but in rough weather it can be a bit unnerving 😂

Finland is not part of Scandinavia because we do not have the same historical connection (although Sweden and Finland have a long, shared history based on Swedish conquest, it is not as long) with a common language and culture. Norwegians, Swedes and Danes can have a conversation in our own languages and understand each other if we slow down a little when we speak. Finnish is a completely different language, and the Finnish people also have a different origin than the Scandinavian people. However, the Finns do have a relative in the Scandinavian indigenous population, the Sami, who live up north and have a language related to Finnish.
