Why did Bryson play so badly at The Masters? Maybe because he was on a Safari instead of practicing.

When you started fake coughing, i died lol.
Rory did pull out of the Arnold Palmer but then turned around and and played in The Players so that kinda shoots a hole in your theory?
He was born with great touch and over complicates everything.
I think Bryson game just doesn't translate to Augusta. His game is far to technical. The guys who win there play with more of an art form.
Bryson is out there living life and having fun. If he does well in any tournament, that's just swell with Bry. If he misses the cut, he's seems ok with it as well. Bry seems to have a more happy go lucky with the game of golf rather than religiously serious 24/7.
Patting Zebras and giraffes 😂😂😂😂
It was never Bryson's to lose
Brysons game is all over the place. He’s tweaked so many things the end result is a frankensteins monster of a swing. He needs to go back to “standard” golf with normal irons, normal technique and a more competitive tour. Or he won’t win much in the next 10 years
Watch interviews with pros about this. Anyone that's invited to play the Masters can set up practice rounds at Augusta beforehand, they need to be accompanied by a fully fledged member but Augusta will set it up. There is no unfair advantage, Bryson just chose not to prepare as much as Rory did. Either way, I just don't think Augusta suits Bryson's game
One bad hole on Thursday cost Bryson the weekend. 15th hole with a 9. He can’t make delicate shots.
Early Scouting Trips: Players can arrange private, early scouting visits to the course, often playing 1–2 rounds with a member to familiarize themselves before the main event.
Designated Access: Outside of member-hosted visits, players are typically allowed access to the grounds for two days in the weeks just before the tournament, according to reports from.
Practice Rounds: The week leading up to the tournament (Monday-Wednesday) is standard, but specialized preparation often starts at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
He had too many shots
Dude these animals are not locked up that's a zoo 😱a safari is in the wild ffs get your facts straight.
He who executes best, wins.
I guess we won’t see you on Breaking 50 anytime soon😂
I haven’t seen you like this before but at least you gave it to both of them
Rory already said in an interview the majority of his practice at Augusta was around the greens, and that can be done with a sore back as it's just chipping and putting.
Also confirmed by his play, hit it all over the map but his short game saved him.
Why don't Bryson make shorter one length wedges, Lob, Sand, Gap, and Pitching.
And then his normal one length 9 through 4iron.
Because wedge game is so important for great players…
seemed like Bryson and Rahm were both off their games. Maybe distracted due to LIV issues? Hmmmm
or maybe he had a couple of bad days on the course. That's golf. You scraping the bottom of the barrel for content. Think he knows his equipment better than you do. And that "safari" you talking about was a couple of hours out of his day. This was poorly researched
Love you bro !!! Your take is da besss!!!!!!!!
Thank you
I hope Bryson listens to you
Scary part is Rory played his B GAME on Sunday …. And still won !!!!
Look, Matt, I like you and your YT stuff and while you may be onto something re Rory's back twinge escape from the Players to get early practice in at Augusta, I think you're wrong about Bryson's lack of prep for the Masters. What you failed to mention here is that Bryson actually played a 4 day tournament while he was in Africa, which he won pretty spectacularly btw. He was not on a tourist's expedition. He is a contracted player to that tour and could not and probably would not (fake) an injury and bail on the tour and his teammates to go and get the practice in that Rory did. It's just not possible for him to do so. Also, saying that he "lost" the Masters is a stretch when he was never actually in contention to win at all, especially after his dreadful Thursday start. And while playing Little Augusta may not be the best prep for the Masters, I think back to back wins on the Liv tour wasn't a terrible previous few weeks for him form wise. He just played a bad first round. He will obviously look back to that horrible bunker episode with some regret for sure, but, he is human, he's not perfect and he'll be back again next year like all the others that are eligible and didn't win.
he played the course that is similar to augusta a few times in the run up and played bad on it.
It's amazing how you are saying that price is not good in the bunker and then at the same time say that he had a great bunker shot in the US Open. i think you are just finding reasons to blame the same length irons… He won back to back with the same irons, and is considered one of best in the world! At Augusta he just had a bad day.
Bryson didn’t lose the Masters, he just didn’t win it.
Rory was very smart and the plan was spot on especially at Augusta,
Rory was ordinary off the tee. Even his long iron weren't great. But his recovery play and around the green was what won it for him. For example …That opening round 67 was amazing cause it really looked like a 72.
