The second public meeting for the Old Golf Course property will be held next week with preliminary design concepts to be presented.
The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, in Council Chambers, 1015 Cultural Park Blvd.
The hands-on session will introduce two preliminary park concepts, an opportunity to learn how community input helped in shaping the designs and review of each concept in an open-house style.
Feedback was collected from the community online from Nov. 13 through Dec. 7, 2025, via a brief four-question survey, as well as the collection of comments from a community forum.
The survey had 1,361 responses from 1,192 individual contributors.
