  5. I love when people make excuses for people's bad or reckless behavior due to their childhood. It's such a lame excuse. It's like taking pity on Jeffrey Dahmer because he had a sad childhood – and that he was just hungry.
    Tiger Woods is a troubled person and he's putting other people's lives at risk because he's drunk. I don't feel sorry for him. He's a big boy he just take responsibilities and not putting other people in danger.
    btw, I'm surprised no one mentioned his current girlfriend…

  12. When it comes to the richest people, the opinion of these women is unbelievable. If he was one of every day people, these ladies' opinions would be different. What childhood trauma has to do with the car accident he caused? Such a pathetic excuse.

  15. I don’t feel sorry for him. I feel empathy for him- his childhood, his injuries, living with lots of pain and all this culminating into addiction and beyond poor choices. This grown man needs to take the next step of responsibility after rehab or whatever is next for him after this, and get a freaking driver. My GOD. Can the law suspend his license indefinitely? Jesus! It’s horrific AND ridiculous. Enough now! Your kids want this to end. Be there for them. 🙏

  19. This segment really ticked me off. Everyone with the exception of Joy embarrassed themselves with their responses. Whoopi should not participate in any discussion regarding "her friends". She always sounds biased and this coming from a huge fan. The problem is , if this was any ordinary citizen , they would be behind bars at this point. Celebrities receive special treatment and it is no more clear than with this incident and with their responses. The man is a millionaire , he could figure out how to get to and from places without having to get behind the wheel when he knows he's using painkillers.

  20. Don't really watch this show because I despise all of them, but this caught my eye. Such a ridiculous statement from Whoopi, He's my friend!! So what!! He needs to be held accountable. What happened to "No one is above the law"??? He needs jail time!!!!

You say he had no childhood well he was busy getting wealthy as a child and now he's even a more wealthy adult but just because he's using drugs and getting drunk he shouldn't be driving. There's no excuse for that If it was some regular citizen you guys would be saying throw him in jail or her in jail or whatever the case if it was just the poor regular citizen you guys wouldn't be going all poor guy Oh poor thing or give him a break! Give me a freaking break! That's the difference you guys are two-faced and so many other people are two-faced talking out of both sides of your mouth talking about poor tiger woods! That's a effing shame that it's okay for somebody rich to drive drunk putting other people's lives at risk and it's okay for them but it's not okay for the rest of us poor people! You make me sick! I don't know who the guy was that said he doesn't feel bad for tiger woods but I'm with him I don't feel bad for tiger woods either! He has enough money to get a driver to drive him around and if he wants to be drunk fine he can sit in the backseat and be drunk and high on drugs! Tiger woods needs to be put in jail just like any other drunk driver!

  23. Who cares if he pled not guilty He is guilty He is all the way guilty! If he had run into somebody's family member and killed them he would be made to pay and he wouldn't be so cute to you guys who call him a friend and you care so much about him. Lock him up! Make him pay take his keys away

  25. I'm sorry, Whoopi and Sunny are just making excuses for the guy. If I'm not mistaken, this is his third DUI car accident. At some point we got to call it as it is – he's an addict that should have had his license suspended years ago. If someone from the general public had the same horrible driving record and drug incidents as Tiger has, I don't think Sunny nor Whoopi would be telling us "let's not kick him down, let's show compassion, he can choose to not have a driver, etc.". We can definitely show him compassion; yet at the same time, hold him to account. He's an addict. He needs to have his license suspended. He needs to enter a long term rehab program. And most importantly, he needs to forgive his father, himself and find peace.

  28. Didn't he have a sexual addiction years ago……many addicts jump from one substance to another……it doesn't matter if it's drug, gambling or sex………..

  31. Tiger may be suffering from an identity crisis and an opioid dependency. Hope he can get it together before he runs out of chances.
