If the Tesla you own and was in, was driving itself and it gets into an accident, you still should be liable. You would just have to sue Tesla and prove it was faulty and not your doing. Like accountants….they can fuck your returns up, but YOU are liable…however , you can sue them if they were at fault…or at least try to sue.

It’s a laughing matter but it’s not. I hear Cam loud and clear. Whatever this man has going on is that grotesque that he isn’t willing to pay a driver for his own safety. One thing life has shown is that people are not what we think they are. Regardless of all the championships, money, fame, accolades, all of that.
