ROGERS, Ark. – The Pittsburg State University men’s golf team completed the Shadow Valley Invite on Tuesday (Mar. 3) at the Shadow Valley Country Club.
As a team, the Gorillas finished tied for eighth at +40 with Missouri Western. Leading the charge as an individual was Mason White (+5) who finished in 15th. Keaton Thissen (+10) finished 27th, Tyler Hardtarfer (+15) came in 47th, as Jack Randall and Cooper Forth (+17) tied for 54th to round out the competitors for Pitt State.
Taking home the team title was Harding at +8 (+6/+2/E) with Jose Arzu claiming the individual title at -4 (E/-2/-2).
Up next for Pittsburg State will be the Maverick Desert Classic in Goodyear, Ariz., at the Palm Valley Golf Course on Monday (Mar. 9) and Tuesday (Mar. 10).
