  1. This just tells me I need to go grab the tri flis still at my local store for 15 bucks a box while they are still there😂

  2. On the Wright and Ditson review you said the change in clubs may have made a large difference. Could that be part of the difference if you changed the clubs? Keep up the great work.

  3. If you read the Maxfli description of both the TriFli and the Revolution they are exactly the same. Cmon Maxfli!!

  4. Interesting Nick, I'm not sure which way to go. But on the flip side, I still have 5 doz of the Trifli.

  5. Nice review Nick, seems like it could be a good ball for some but maybe not a high handicapper, don't like the feel issue.

  6. Great review! Been waiting for this.. I have been playing 2 pc balls and have wanted to try a 3 pc now that I'm shooting mid 80s so I bought 2 doz of these for 50$ last weekend before your review based on my nostalgia for the original revolution ball, yeah, I'm old 😂 so ill see how they play in a few weeks in my next round. I also bought a dozen Legato 3085 to try as as well. So we'll see if I wasted my money😅

  7. Do you think you’re getting different numbers now that you’re not using your Mizuno’s? Again another great video great information. I use it in my Golf Ball business. You’re helping me. But I wonder if you ought to try using the Mizuno’s again.

  8. A bit torn. I play the trifli because of the spin 100 in and it goes pretty damn straight. I do wish it had a bit more distance (even though ive had a couple bombs with it recently) but I was willing to sacrifice that because of the control. Shame to see the revolution not live up to that. Will probably snag a box at some point to try it out, but seems like ill be trying to find a new gamer.

  9. Considering that the Revolution is (I think) the last Maxfli golf ball used on Tour before the current Tour Series – I wish they would have saved the Revolution name for the Tour X LS that Ben Griffin is testing on Tour right now.

  10. So at some point just on pure rule of averages, I will get better at this game. And when I want to move into something that's a little better of a golf ball I can only wonder what will actually be out there as an option for me. Very disappointed. Dick's had found a market that they absolutely could have owned. I don't see why they wouldn't just keep making the Trifli and then make this Revolution as their distance golf ball and market them differently. Just seems like a natural.

Here's hoping Wilson keeps Triad the same.
