Q: If we are going to master the fundamentals of the CORRECT posture, what must we rehearse (practice) for about a month?
A: The Posture
It’s in our posture where we will fully activate the power muscles of our hips and thighs and where we position the hips and thighs, so that when we start to do the movements they will at least have a chance now to be done right.
We may not like the idea of practicing the posture for a month because it seems boring and mundane, but what we might really like about training this way is that it’s permanent. When we master these fundamentals, we only need to master them once…if done correctly.
We don’t want to experience our fun and excitement while practicing or at the driving range, hitting golf balls, while we get beat up on the golf course for 18 holes. We want to practice with a lesson plan so that we can experience our fun and excitement on the golf course instead.
