Great dril. I guess the challenge for me as a golfer with chunck tendencies is when to release. My mind thinks release forward but I tend to release to early or start to steep from the top since arms start swinging at the ball from the top
Same with driver?
Like snapping a whip, or a knock down move. The pressure on the arm allows for this.
I think right elbow is not so bent either
This is actually gold right here boys. I had tried and failed for many years to find that impact position with and extended right wrist at impact and couldn’t figure it out until I realized there are 2 angles in the right wrist at the top
The hammer angle and the knocking on the door angle. And knocking angle is where the lag should go and the hammer should be let out earlier.
From that idea what athletic motion golf preaches is way easier. The reconnecting the right elbow, lowering the arms while keeping the wrist cocked. Becomes clear once you know how to properly load and unload the wrist angles. In my opinion anyway.
