Rham will come back, he was a staunch PGA advocate. Right up until LIV waved a big check under his nose. Then he grabbed it and ran. Rham proved that day he is nothing more than a mercenary. He will sell LIV out as fast as he sold out the PGA. Once one of my favourite players, he disgusts me know. A man of no morals.
PGA Tour management goes for 2 tier punishments just like the UK Government and Wesley is the big loser in this. Such a bad decision. Nothing subtle about their announcement that was well predicted by MSG – nice work sir.
How many majors has brooks won? How many majors has Wesley won? How many major cuts has Wesley made? It’s a no brainer honestly

The issue I have with how the PGA treated Wesley, is they had him play in the creator classic, treating him as a YouTube creator. But, once LIV invited him to play in an event as a creator, the PGA suspended him. If they want control of him a a player, then don't treat him a a creator, and vice versa. If they want him as an exclusive creator, then make a contact.

I have given up on the PGA. I will only watch the 4 Majors and The Players (PGA-I know) just love TPC Sawgrass. I will watch BRYAN BROS and Grant Horvat, The Lads, Bryson DeChambeau, Phil Mickelson and John Rohm. YouTube Golf is the future. Big fan of Wesley and George!!

Bryson's comment on the LIV telecast was so cryptic it seems he's got 1 foot out the door as well
Lots to say. Brooks is annoying because for one he lied about the reason he wanted to leave and LIV let him go and take time for his family and turns out it was bs. Also he left the pga tour to go to LIV bc he wasn’t playing good at the time and was depressed about it so he took a payday good for him. But now last year he was terrible on LIV finishing in the bottom half of the league and now he wants to leave to me he’s a big baby and not an honorable person. LIV paid him a lot of money the least he could do is finish out his contract and don’t make up lies about why you wanna leave. If he plays the way he played last year he will only embarrass himself.
I love Wesley but I mean are we really comparing his golf game to Brooks?
The PGA tour has never come out and said they're trying to take the moral what's right approach to this they're just looking to replenish the Lost star power

No way are the Saudis going to pump all that money into a gateway tour. They want to compete with the biggest tour in the world.
The PGA Tour is proving Phil true again. Mafia-like. Brooks need to cough up 5 Million too! Just to be allowed to play. What a BS move. Interestingly, OWGR is still "deliberating" on LIV because their claim is that the players got contracts to play, not "qualified" whatever that means. So if they accepted Brooks, did he qualify? Or is he qualified because of the major wins? Why 2022? Major win exemption is 5 years so it should be 2021 onwards but then it would include Phil! HAHAHA. Wesley got suspended for 2 years playing 9 holes with LIV. Brooks led his team for 3 years in LIV but sice he won a major, he gets the magic bullet to get back in (plus 5M that Wesley wont fork up – why would he???).
I have been playing this game for 35 years and I over the PGA, will not be watching. The only tournament I will watch is The Masters!!
PGA Tour exclusitivity for a select few players. Mickelson, the second best player in the past 30 years, TW being number one, was boxed out deliberately. Who has won 6 majors in the past 30 years?
Matt you make it real hard to watch / follow you sometimes. Where do I begin?? Wes's situation and Brooks's are totally unrelated. If the whole story came out, what did Wes do that totally went against the PGA Tour? Now, do I think he would make a difference in the future of golf, probably not but he sure as heck has brought a gazillion eyes to the game of golf. And as far as Brooks, yeah that whole thing is a typical B.S. play by the PGA Tour. Don't even get me started on the $5 million charity scam……
Ofcourse it was in the works. He wouldn't have left LIV without a guarantee.

The sheer fact that Wesley has not been able to keep a pga tour card has to factor. He’s just not to the level of a player that his popularity helps them. They want guys who contend on Sunday. Not shoot 76 on Friday.

Respectfully, what? You just seem happy that they share you evil plan. The rest of the world, want more opportunities to see good golf, not less. The PGAT needs to do more to promote their own product and care less about what the competition is doing. The PGAT should have brought Wesley back because of the free advertising they were getting from the Making The Cut Series, with Grant.. Normal people aren't in your Coke/Pepsi battle. We want good players to have more opportunities to make a living at golf not less. They will continue to lose interest and eventually only YT golf will remain.. Good Good, Bob Does Sports, Bryan Bros, Bryson, Peter Finch and others, are way more entertaining than the PGAT, which I used to put on when I wanted to take a nap on a Saturday..
Every live golf event is boring.
Here is the solution:
– LIV and the PGA needs to ditch the live TV format that every golf event has used for the last 50 years. Nobody cares with the exception of a few events.
– Mic every player and their caddie. Edit this out however you choose. Turn the event into a production. Wouldn’t you rather watch the event at your own convenience?
The Internet Invitational done by Portnoy was a tease of the future of golf broadcasting.
LIV is the perfect tour to do this. The PGA is too involved with gambling to allow tape delay broadcasting but nobody watches LIV or bets on it.
I’m sure there could be tweaks to this plan but YouTube is the future. Truly on demand up close viewing.

The Team aspect of LIV and the looser boxers instead of briefs, should be a fellowship of a Sports Guild with the PGA, much like being patched in, or Guides of conduct for the Guild not mud slinging pompous circumstance of loving the smell of church pews or regalia-ing in the skit of the Mummers..
Really don't get it, Just let players play on all the tours with ranking points on all and play in any event and have qualifying criteria for bigger events.
Wesley would draw more of a crowd than Brooks. Brooks may actually get booed on the tee box.
