  1. Is the hdmi connection to the motherboard or is it a graphics card mate? Display is set to duplicate display so two hdmi connections would be better. I would also change your power settings to not put the pc or display to sleep or make it like half an hour or whatever suits. Hope this helps.

  2. Jay, try turning on the projector first. Then, the computer. My setup has the same issue and by doing that, the display comes thru the projector every time
