I tried that, and I was just not happy. What I’m doing now is ordering AAAAA triple track balls on eBay. They are basically new, and I got 50 for $80, which is a great deal.

The fact that they’re Warbirds makes this fucking hilarious!

Let’s see if I can explain this so it makes sense. Instead of solid lines, you should use dashed lines that vary based on how long the putt is. Say start out with several short dashes for a short putt, then longer dashes for a bit longer putt, even longer dashes next for even longer putts, etc. Not only would you line up the putt using the line the dashes form but you’d rotate the ball so the topmost dash image corresponds to the distance you want the putt to go. It might help your brain not underhit or overhit a putt. Note: I’m not sure if I’m serious or not.

We seriously need more variety when it comes to colours and stripes on balls. The only ball I could find that has a proper full stripe is the TM Tour Response and those fuckers are $65 CAD a box (fantastic balls though.)
If TM made the Distance+ with a stripe, or Callaway made Speedsofts with one, I’d buy a crate.

I extremely enjoy putting with a triple track chrome tour ball. By which I mean, a specific TTCT ball I have been using for a year. I use KSigs or a matte Q Star Tour Divide depending on the time of year for the rest of the round.
Put another way, I have convinced my playing partners to look the other way on decades of alleged cheating.
