[Music] My name is Travis Smith and I’m a professional golfer from Shell Harour, Australia. And I’m here to bring you all an insight into what life is like competing on the International Series. It’s Saturday night and we’re at the airport which only means one thing. I missed the cut. I literally the bed from food poisoning. And unfortunately this week I got the bed on the course. I’m really excited for these events because the overall winner is going to get promoted to the live tour which for me would be life-changing. It’s 4:35 a.m. Round one today. Time to get it. I grew up watching so many of these players. Guys like Louis and Sergio Garcia, Dustin Johnson. The cool part is I now get to play alongside them and I have the opportunity to try and beat them. By far my favorite part of the day, recovery time. I try and do this like two or three times a week. Must be like 5 6°. The year is over and I did not qualify for the live tour. Unfortunately, competing against a lot of world class players, you really have to, you know, perform well. We’re only playing for two spots. Definitely lights a fire in my stomach. I’m going to work extremely hard in this short off season. The dream is not over. I will get back to the live tour.
