Today we’re going to dive into one of the most wildest golf controversies to this date on YouTube. This guy is a clown. Luke Quan, the guy that slept through a million dollar tea time is back. That boy Luke, great job, Luke. And this time, he might either redeem himself or completely destroy his career. Damn, you’re really not that not that confident in your teammate here. And he was like, why would I be? Look at him. He’s like, dude, you suck. You’re the one who a million dollar purse for how much of a dick he was being after he was the dick. Welcome to the most controversial man in golf right now. I hate this guy so much. Here’s where things get messy. So, the internet was going absolutely wild after the clips of these podcasts went live, accusing Luke Quan of being an absolute dirt bag. But he was kind of being a dick to me. He was like, “You’re not going to make this putt.” Like, as as my teammate, which is wild to say. I don’t he he that guy I hate the I hate the I don’t care attitude. Like I just hate that. That’s No, that guy is such an [ __ ] The thing is these people have probably never seen a Luke Quan video. The dude’s entire personality is satire. However, Luke probably took his aura farming a little bit too far this time. One guy even said, “If Luke was on my team, I would have shot him.” Like I mean, if you were there, I maybe in jail for murder right now. I don’t know what you I texted PFT that I said I would I would if he was on my team. I would have shot him. Like there’s no like I would have shot him. And that’s where we are today. Redemption on one hand or reputition on the other. So today we’re going to check out if Lu Kuan has the game to back it up or if he’s just all talk. After oversleeping and letting his whole entire team down, he walked back into the lion’s den. And the first thing that was waiting for him was a team meeting. Where’s our guy at? Hold on. Get him out here. There he is. He’s right there. Hey, come on. Come on. Everyone be quiet. Let’s bring Quan middle. Come on up here, Quan. Yes, coach. Here’s two things we can do. We can be pissed off, right? We can blame Quan. We can blame ourselves. We can do whatever we want. Or we can roll up our fist and pound a rock. Are we clear on that? Start rolling the rock. You guys don’t understand. This is a highlevel performance by John Gruden here, aka the coach. The man nailed it. He rallied the team, refocused everyone, and somehow got them believing again, spoken like a true captain. While the coach is keeping the troops together, the other team is having a field day. They even went so far as calling Luke Quan their best player. I don’t care about the Luke thing. I love that they care a lot. Luke’s our best player, which is awesome so far. Never saw that coming. That was a pretty good one from Rigs. Dude, man, do we have ourselves a match? This is Oof. And to make things even spicier, Lu Kan was paired with coach himself, John Gruden. Lukean [Applause] and they were going to play an alternate shot match play against Bubby and Frankie. Frankie tough with his tags sticking out. It’s going to be a fun match. Let’s have a good time. Both around a two and a six handicap. Now, coach on the other hand, coach is maybe playing on like a 20 plus handicap, something like that, but I mean on this course, who knows? So, yeah, uh Quan basically has half the shots to take down two very low handicappers. I’m not saying that he’s cooked, but he has to bring his agame. Here’s the thing, people don’t like Quan’s humor. He kind of treats everyone the same as what he does his best friends, you know, the full gang and whatnot that he usually plays with, which was definitely getting under Dave Portoy’s skin. I ch Where’s the water? I think he was being sarcastic. I know. He’s so You’re a cocky guy with no with no results yet. Well, the water is so far left. Yeah, but I mean, you’re a mile away. We’ll be all right. Dave is 100% secretly loving this, though. I mean, at the moment, Luke Quan is his golden boy. And on the first hole, Luke delivers. You ever see a prettier swing than that in your life? Where’s the water? Go in the hole. All right, dude. How’d that go? Hitting a very good T-OT and cleaning up after coach’s poor effort. What time it the rise of Quan God do I know how to draft partners. The rise of Quan indeed, Dave. Dude, I’m not even interested in these other matches at the moment. Put every single cameraman you have on Quan. I want 17 different angles on that man at all times. The next hole, another very near approach shot. If we ball out so early that we have time to go in and get AC and then come back out, that’s the way to go. Look at this. Hold on. Last time. Great shot. I love you. Keep in mind, these other players are sounding like they’re finding coordinates to sink a battleship from the front lines. Plus 15 from the middle. It’s 158 probably up. Meanwhile, Quan just simply steps up and shoots his shot. And I’ll say it, Quantic Coach is surprisingly a pretty good duo. This coach guy can talk some serious smack. Hey Frankie, good shot, man. Thank you. Pissed me off again, Frankie. You’re probably going to be better at alternate shot cuz you don’t have as many chances to up. Putting on the other hand is not his strong suit. I pulled it. No worries. That’s tapping. A terrible putter, man. God damn it. Well, that’s a little bit longer than a tap in there. Quana, you got to tap that. Great putt. Great putt. Of course, he drains it. I’ll tell you, this guy’s pretty good under pressure. However, Bubby sinks his birdie putt and wins the hole, going one up in the match. I mean, Quan is having a serious run at the moment. He’s playing some really good golf, but I have a feeling it’s kind of a fluke. I don’t think he can keep the pedal down to the floor the whole entire match, especially after Frankie bombs his drive, putting him into more pressure. This is peak entertainment. The internet said Luke Quan was overrated and overhyped. He had the world on his shoulders and then nukes a drive on the green. This isn’t an easy hole either. Went right, didn’t it? Yeah, it went right. That’s good, Luke. But then on the fifth, he stripes it yet again down the fairway. That was kind of yipped. I kind of yipped it. Yep. Quan has everything on the line at the moment. Frankie proceeds to top his T-OT. Should have never lost. I know. We didn’t have it. We could make a freaking putt. Nothing went in. And I did not hit it good. I didn’t either, but Wow. And now Quan has a chance of a lifetime. Will he redeem himself? Dude, I thought that was going in. Thought it was like I thought you jarred it. So did I. I thought it was coming right in the right center and it kind of went that way. Great shot, partner. Yeah, it’s fun to play against. Oh, sorry, Rigs. I played terrible. I understand where his confidence is coming from. I don’t think he chose the best way of presenting himself. He kind of rolled the dice of on being a diva which obviously didn’t really roll into his favor. And then like I hadn’t even seen the draft the night before where he’s like I I don’t care about PFT. And he’s like you don’t even need to come. Like the guy he he just I I never seen somebody make themselves look worse on a video. I still believe that Quan is a nice dude. I don’t think any harm from him. Uh, I don’t think he meant any bad towards PFT or anyone else really, but there’s nothing he could do about oversleeping in his mind. If that was anyone else, I know that he would put his hand up, apologize to any everyone. That’s what he should have been doing, right? He should have at least taken the moment to apologize before going back to himself. Either way, he was out of line over multiple occasions. And, you know, the internet is blowing this up naturally.
