I Redeemed Myself! Final 3 Holes at Lionhead Masters Golf Course
[Music] It was a good day. Good. [Music] I think I think this is where it bounced. And it was that close. That close to going into the water. Oh god, that was unexpected. 566 yds, par five, 16th hole. This is the hole with Island Green. And uh good chance if I can get a solid drive center of fairway avoiding those those trees on the on the right side. The wind is pushing from right to left. So, I’m aiming for those springs, hoping for a good block. And as far as I can be from those springs would give me a better line to to a green for second or third. It has a lot of turn on it and I’ve lost it in the clouds, but it’s definitely not where I don’t want to be. That is in line with those trees. I might have a longer shot, but I’ll still have a chance to get the green from here for a second. As soon as it becomes windy, it becomes cold, chilly. It’s still bearable. It’s not unbearable. Luckily, I was saved from these trees. That would have definitely blocked my shot, but I’m safe from those as well. I have a clear shot onto the island green. 168 168 is the flag. 162 is the carry. And how about 185? I’ve taken a seven iron. Would want to keep uh like hit a sort of a knockdown with the flag. Aiming for center green. Not thinking about the flag at all. Maybe even further. I’m aiming the aiming towards the bunker. And this would be a knockdown. So, keeping slightly back of my stance down. Oh my god. That’s That’s the shot of the day, guys. I I don’t know how did I pull it off, but it’s right at the flag. It fell just on roll towards the flag. It rolled ahead of it, but ah that was that was the shot of the day, man. It was something similar to what I had hit on the on the hole at Glen Abby. The only hole that I recorded for that day. Look at that. Not even kidding. That’s the shot of the day. That’s That’s their body. Amazing. I’m not going to cut. No chance I cutting right now. If I cut, you might think it’s a it’s a rig because it’s that good. Sometimes I just surprise my own self. Crazy. Look at that guys. Unbelievable. For the kind of kind of risk it had, the kind of wind I’m facing, man, I couldn’t have it better. I don’t think so. This This deserves a round of applause from only me right now. But I hope when I when I upload this, you like it. Anyways, let’s try to make the downhill eagle part. I think I think this is where it bounced. And it was that close that close to going into the water. I said I return off the Have to be careful with this. Needs that body at least aiming at [Music] from there. That’s okay. Top and body view. I’m happy. I’m happy even if I’ve missed that. Eagle, but I’m happy to make a birdie on this. But unbelievable shot. This is what gets me pumped up. Really, really enjoy hitting pulling such shots off. Something out of the ordinary. Something which I don’t really practice or nobody practices. The shot made my day. All right, that’s a birdie. Happy to make one at least. Could have been an eagle, but that’s not what completely the 70s I spotted. [Music] [Music] It is skip a close. There’s one also over there. We don’t care about that. We have a long part three ahead of us. It’s all headwind. 231 yards. Three iron. [Music] My fingers are freezing. such cold headwind. [Music] My goal over here is just to keep it straight and bring it up and down. I’m not going to keeping it slightly from the back of my stance to keep it low for back. [Music] Well, it feel like it didn’t go anywhere. Uh, it was, how would I explain it? When you when you whack a ball from the sweet spot, you feel nothing. Well, I felt this ball all the way through the swing, through the contact. So, definitely wasn’t the sweet spot. Or it could just be that my hands are frozen and I can’t feel anything. Just two more to go. Having a lovely time out here. That’s a good good course. I like it. It’s a little on the expensive side, but it’s fine as long as it plays well. It’s And of course, your game also matters how you how well you are playing at the time. So, the experience is not just always the course’s fault or it’s it’s a mix. It’s a blend of both course and the player. Somehow feeling really good with the 52°. I’m going to keep that. Uh I think I’m further back from where I have stopped my cut. Yeah, there I am. So, it’s way short. Definitely a bad contact. 44 y. I have a 52° in hand. I think I can just bounce it on that slope. There should be some some check on it. Should stop it. It’s about a 40 yard. Go in the hole. Woo! Man, what a buddy. Oh god, that was unexpected, man. It I don’t know how how well it was seen on the camera, but it was a perfect shot. I hold out for another birdie. Fell right somewhere here on the slope and rolled into the cup. There it is. One of the better chips of my life, I guess. All thanks to a 52°. And this this club is becoming my new favorite. Oh, that’s a blessing. So, so excited for that chip. Feel like I’ve gained so much energy. I could play another round of golf. Unfortunately, we don’t have the time to go for another. Maybe tomorrow. [Music] It tracked right at it. It was straight through the hole. Didn’t bounce. Didn’t do anything. No nonsense. Makes me really happy. Back to back birdies. Now to the 18th. It’s a power four. Nothing out of the ordinary. Just a powerful. Two bunkers. One guarding the green short on the right and one on the fairway. Shouldn’t be in place. There’s a water hazard. We’ll be taking off from. And I don’t want to jinx myself, but I think I’m not I’m not going to that’s just I I I don’t think so this but it’s headwind so it’s going to play longer. 4343 y. That’s what is on the T- box. And uh I feel it might be playing about 500 y. [Music] I’m so hyped with my chip in. Okay, on to the last hole of the day. [Music] [Applause] Felt good. Went straight slightly to the left edge. I don’t know. Don’t see it fall though, but shouldn’t be in any trouble. What stroke of luck on the last call now sort of a bad T-shot and a great chip made a two. This I think this is my first birdie on a par three in a very long time. I don’t know. Don’t even remember when did I make a party on a part three last time. Definitely a a chip in from this distance which went ages. The last chip in I had was again would not recorded. It was in it was at Glen Abby. I don’t remember the whole number but it was a par five where I buried birdied my bowl by chipping it in from behind the bunker. I think it was the second bird itself either one. So this was this was a welcome birdie for sure. Now let’s see how I finish on the last balls right in the middle of the fairway. Not too far. Don’t have to walk too much. I think it’ll be around uh what is it? It’s 150 to the front on the 18th. people on the green. 184 to the flag. I think a seven iron should be fine. Full seven should get there because I have room ahead of it, right? So, even if I fall short, I should get a bounce and a roll to the flag. Don’t want to hit it too far behind the flag. Or maybe it will come back. I’m not not too sure. So, people have just just walked off aiming right at the flag. Maybe at those two trees, maybe slightly slightly right at the flag and uh trying to ease it onto the green. It’s cracking really well at the flag. Maybe a little short. Yeah, it’s okay. I can’t see it. Doesn’t mean it’s the worst shot. Maybe it’s on. Maybe it’s slightly short of the green. So, if you’re still watching, please comment on if there is anything you would want me to change, something new you want me to do on the course, any suggestions, any course suggestion that you would want me to play. I’ll try to play them next season. And uh I’ll try to now start posting a lot more. So, so keep tuned to the channel and let me know how what you think, how you feel, if my videos are making sense or not. It’s third shot is going to be a long long trip. It’s not going to be easy. Left it way too short. Should have gone with something like a six maybe. So, this is where the ball is. That’s the flag. I’m going to place the place the camera behind it just in case. [Music] [Music] [Applause] If that would have gone in, I would have gone crazy. Bogey, that ends it. Not too shabby. Really enjoyed the last three. This one could have gone in for a par and I would have saved one shot, but by the end of it, I didn’t have enough to roll down the slope. If the greens were at their original pace, this would have definitely gone in. And uh I might have had a better score but so far today’s experience was uh mixed emotions definitely front nine was not that great. Back nine felt much much much better but glad I could play again being very very blessed with this weather.

This is it — the Redemption is real!
Welcome to the final part of my Lionhead Golf Club – Masters Course vlog series. After teasing a turnaround in Part 5, it’s safe to say: I delivered.
In this episode, I close out the round with holes 16 to 18, featuring one of my best moments ever caught on camera and a near-perfect finish.
Here’s how it went down:
Hole 16 – A 566-yard par 5 with an island green. Strategy meets pressure—this one’s a beauty and a beast.
Hole 17 – A 231-yard par 3, playing even longer into a headwind. But I pulled off something special…
My best recorded chip-in ever.
Hole 18 – A 443-yard par 4 finisher. The only hole I didn’t birdie in this stretch, but still a solid close to a wild ride.
This vlog is packed with feel-good golf, big moments, and a strong redemption arc. If you’ve been following the series—thank you. It’s been an amazing journey through one of Ontario’s most iconic courses.
