With the return of the Skins Game, $4 million was up for grabs for Shane Lowry, Xander Schauffele, Tommy Fleetwood and Keegan Bradley in the made-for-TV match the day after Thanksgiving.

While Bradley may have been the biggest loser the last time the four men were in the same venue as his United States side suffered Ryder Cup defeat on home soil with Fleetwood earning the highest points tally for team Europe and Lowry securing the crucial, cup-securing half-point, he got revenge of sorts when he claimed $2.1 million and top bragging rights at Panther National.

Fleetwood, courtesy of a final-hole birdie that was worth in excess of $1 million, finished second with $1.7 million to his name, while Lowry’s exploits were worth $200,000 and Schauffele, who was far from his best, went home empty handed.

On the LET, Lauren Walsh’s T47 finish in the Costa del Sol Open de Espana may have only earned her a shade over €3,000, but by managing to cling on to a position in the top 10 on the LET Order of Merit, she earned herself a place in the LPGA Q-Series Final Qualifying Stage where one good week could see her joining Leona Maguire on the premier circuit in women’s golf.

Anna Foster, who finished tied for 34th, earned €5,180 to end her impressive rookie season as a pro, while Sara Byrne, who shared 56th and banked €2,695, managed to hold on to a full LET card for next season which was her top priority coming into the week.

The 2026 DP World Tour season kicked off with the BMW Australian PGA Championship and it was Spaniard David Puig who claimed the first victory of the campaign and the top prize of $425,000 (€239,442.88).

Puig, who competes for the Fireballs GC team on LIV, has earned more than $20 million in the 42 events he’s played since the league’s arrival in 2022, but this was his first DP World Tour victory having been twice in the winner’s circle on the Asian Tour.

Daniel Gale, who aced the par-3 17th on Friday, earned a BMW worth $300,000, but had his hole-in-one come a day later, the fans at the ‘Watering Hole’ would’ve shared $1 million in a bonus payout from the tournament sponsors.
