I’m the same. Make it competitive as you can if there’s a big ability gap, and if you lose you lose. I’m a 16 hcap and like playing against people in single figures. Same as any other sport, only way you improve is playing with and against opponents better than yourself.

Loved Sevi my whole life and a pal won an auction prize & got to play Sevi around the Real Club Valderrama… on the first tee Sevi was insistent on playing for money… not nice… then said he’d play for £X per hole and he’d play every shot on his knees… if you play a great you want to see their greatness!! Bravo!!
