what did you think of Vander as a fighter coming into that fight I just thought he was awesome I had great admiration and respect for him but I just never thought he could beat me and um I went in the first round this is what amazed me about him I in the first round no one I hit him with a right hand to the body I heard him screaming he try next thing man next thing I know I’m on a roll oh it’s 10 Rounds 11 rounds you know I wish I never hit this guy there you know I wish I never hit this guy I hit this guy in the body he tried to kill me I heard him scream he tried to really kill me but he’s just Splendid you know he’s a splendid guy and that’s why I despise him so much because I admire him so much I want to kill him uhhuh

Agree with Tyson. Holyfield not being an actual heavyweight, had a heart problem and being much smaller then the other heavy weghts dude faced them all like a lion. A toe to toe fighter. A real warrior with a granite chin. A total boxing machine. Respects, love and admiration only for the humble legend.❤

Holyfield was a monster. Another level. He gets PISSED the harder he gets hit. He fights better the more he gets hit. We used to say how he had to get cracked to wake up in a fight. And then the beast would come out. Tyson found out.
