The Internet Invitational is over. The drama is not. Paige Spiranac and Malosi “Big Mo” Togisala probably figured the noise would cool off once the final episode dropped. If anything, it got louder.

Everyone knows the first flashpoint. Mo appeared to improve a lie during the team event, and the clip went everywhere. It even overshadowed the actual winners who split Dave Portnoy’s $1 million prize. That group included the late Cody “Beef” Franke, US Amateur champ Brad Dalke and Barstool’s Francis Ellis.
Then came the second wave. Fans started picking apart Mo’s rangefinder and whether the slope setting was on. That one is still bouncing around social media and inside different Barstool shows.

Spiranac hasn’t said a word since the final episode landed on Barstool’s YouTube channel and pulled in millions of views. It also explained the emotional Instagram story she posted earlier in the month when she said she wanted to fit in and didn’t want people thinking she would cheat. The next morning, she joked she’d save the “deep insecurities” for therapy.

Mo is wearing most of the blame right now. He shared screenshots of nasty messages aimed at his family and begged people to leave them out of it. Dalke echoed that, though he also said fans should watch the footage and make up their own minds.
Ryan Whitney chimed in on Spittin’ Chiclets, saying he was warned before the event that Mo could be “loose with the rules.” Francis Ellis joked that the ending felt like a Disney script with a full “good vs evil” arc.

It’s all great for clicks. Not so great for Paige and Mo. Whether they settle back into normal after this is anyone’s guess. The Invitational was a massive hit, but the fallout might end up being the real show.
