we rotate our body on an incin plane. So never feel like we have to physically lift up our arms to the top. What we want to do is we want to fold our arms to the top of your back swing. And then from this position, since we rotate our body on an incline plane, that’s what makes the golf club get to a higher position. We’re not just lifting up your arm. So keep the connection and learn how to rotate your body on an incline plane while you’re folding your right arm. It will be in a perfect position at the

Good stuff, you know I have to ask the question, this the same for the driver?
This gives you a quite flat swing plane… no issues with that???
Wow, I tried this move. It put the club in a perfect position. I hit the ball with my long irons better than ever. I saving this short to refer before every round. Thanks, best advice
Thank you. I think this just solved a problem post-shoulder surgery for someone who can’t raise their right arm and thought they needed a flat swing!
Thank you! Keep it up, my friend. Great content!
Ob my. Must practice this! Thanks in advance!
Amazing tip thank you
That’s actually a great tip! Too often I try for more backswing without rotating shoulders. Brilliant!
The arm is definitely lifting up. We dont want flat swings
This confirms what I felt yesterday at my best range session of the year, I felt like my trial shoulder was getting deeper into my rotation, but not lifting, was carrying ball 20+ yards more with all my clubs, Thanks !
It's amazing such a fresh way of deconstructing a golf swing.
Thnx very helpful….
Right arm far too bent
Welcome to the single plane swing concept!
Oh my gosh. I’ve never thought about the golf swing like this before. It makes perfect sense. Thank you.
Awesome!!!!
Thanks so much Kevin
Do you come to California for golf seminar?
I figured this out for myself along time ago but no ever says this because when i started i would take the clun back to pass my trail leg then jsut pick up my arms instead of rotating which caused me to come steep and miss everything
yes, when I get that to work it is very good but after a while I get off track. thnx for the help.
i've been doing like you say but at the top I feel I have to get some lift so I can get the distance I need and I can croak a drive about 220 carry which is good for me cause i'm 75 years old. the 7 iron is only 140 yds.i'm about a 13 to 25 cap.
Nah, the arms absolutely lift in the backswing. It's actually provable.
Absolute nonsense. In nearly every Tour Swing you see a clear lifting motion of the arms at the end of the backswing. And the first move of the downswing of Tourplayers is to drop the arms without steepening the club. That dropping move with shallowing the club is what most amateurs are not able to do. That’s all.
Geez. Avail yourself of 3D data. Please.
Exactly
Uncle Rodger???
great reminder. thanks!
Not true. The golf swing is a rotation of the body where the arms move up and down. If they dont move up, the hands will not move higher than hip high.
Please present the slow motion this video ❤Tqvm
This is one of the very best bits of advice I've ever got. Has completely made me change the way I think about my swing mechanics. Thank you!
Bro… the arms absolutely lift. Now you can make the argument that some golfers do it too much or the timing of their arm lift is out of sequence but to say the arms don’t lift at all is insanely misinformed.
Yeah this is just not true at all.
You're not explaining why your Trail hand is externally rotating
Am I correct in suggesting that you fold the right arm AND cock your wrists as well (either actively or by the weight and momentum of the club)?
