‘AIEA, Hawaii – The Belmont men’s golf team is in 17th place as darkness suspended play Wednesday at The Pearl at Kalauao Invitational in ‘Aiea, Hawaii.
With three holes to play, Belmont is in 17th place at +28. Nevada has the lead at -9, with UC San Diego in second place at -6.
Leading the way for the Bruins is junior Grey Goff, who stands in a tie for 38th place at +3. The Lexington, Kentucky native is -2 for his second round and is 10 shots back of the leader, Charlie Box of Eastern Michigan (-7).
Junior Chris Harpum and freshman Jack Doyle are tied for 65th place at +6. Senior Conner Brown is in 100th place at +13, while junior Jack Doyle is 107th at +17.
The second round will be restarted at 11:30am CT/7:30am HT on Thursday morning. Once completed, the field will start their third and final round.
