The Link Hong Kong Open. It’s been played in the same golf course since 1959. Par 70 yards 6,710. So not that long. Stip meter reading 10 ft 10. A little bit quicker. So as I said, good scoring already today. David Pew in particular. This at the third, the par five. And straight in for an eagle around the 65 for Bu. He’s on eight under after two rounds. Now Scott Hen, 52 years old, a two-time winner on the Legends Tour this year. A birdie at the 10th and his way to a 65. He’s an 11 under. He’s challenging. Thomas Peters trying to back up a fantastic round yesterday. This was par at one after bogeying 18. Walks away with a four under par today. Very solid round. And then I this is a birdie here on the third after a bogey on one and backed it right up with this one on the fourth. 23 putts for us yesterday. Looks like rolling the ball really well as well today. Peter Uline, the Afabul American who lost playing in Hong Kong, was seven under par for his round as he stood on his 13th TE, the fifth hole. Beautiful T-shot on the par three that led to a birdie that took him to eight under par for the round. Then the following par three, a birdie there that took him to nine under par with two holes left to play. a 59 watch, but unfortunately he made a triple bogey on the par 49, but he would come back with a birdie on his final hold, a 63 today, 64 yesterday, and he currently sits at top the leaderboard at 13 under par. He’s always so entertaining to watch. Peter Yulan already a two-time international series winner as you can see from the trophies alongside his name. He leads by one as Dom says. Thomas Peters a 66 today to move to 12 under as indeed the Louis Hazen. Oh, Jazz had a wonderful round yesterday. Hit 15 greens and 11 fairways. Going to try and keep that trend going today. This is his second on the par five third. Oh, gets a great bounce. What a shot from Jazz. Nice birdie. That should take him to five on par. How Jazz after that wonderful three-wood on the par five third. This for an eagle and to get him to 11 on par. Oh, just creeps in. Great start for Jazz. Birdie look here for Charles How the third. Good start today. birdies and another one to add onto that scorecard. Jeffrey Shen on a fairly flat line on the 18th, which is such an advantage going into this green. Took full advantage of that wonderful shot. Oh, this got a chance. Oh, what a three from where he played his second shot from. Hardest hole yesterday and the hardest hole today and I suspect it will be for the rest of the week. Scott Vincent with a chip here on ninth. Well, his two three putts today were putt just like this. Putting down grain just slightly downhill as well. That’ll make up for the putting stat. Well, you’ll hear it. If this drops, there’ll be a nice round of applause. What a performance. It’s got Vincent par five 13 second shot. He’s got plenty of power to get there. And that you couldn’t get an easier pin today. Look at it’s downwind. Could see an eagle right now. Scott Vincent for an eagle to get him to 11 under par after that fantastic second shot into this par five green. All right, Charles. How on the T12 just a short par three going with a bit of a knockdown shot to back hole location trying to work its way back down the hill 12. Yeah, there’s a lot of break on that P. Oh, can Tom McKibben make one this to tie the lead uphill right to left? Should straighten out a little at the end. Yes, he does. Nice work. Thanks. Someone who’s been frustrated on the greens today, Charles How. Can he buy one? Yes. Now, Jazz, his irons have not been sharp so far today, even though he’s been playing from the fairway most of the day. That’s better. Kenzata to move to eight under. Well done. Oh, you read that perfectly. This is for the outright lead to get him to 15 under par. McKibben in the back of this 13 green. It’s trying. Oh, that’ll be a tap in birdie. Just a little bit of light breeze out of the right for Kirk. Most of the players want to just knock one down here, which is exactly what Kirk did. from the front of the green. Travis Smi little bump and run. Oh, hello. Back to back birdies for Travis Smith to get him to eight on the par. Just make sure that you put an aggressive swing at a conservative target. Just a few feet left of this pin. Don’t bring any unnecessary trouble into play. That’s on a pretty bold line. Yeah, good shot. He’s played a lot of them in these last two days, Tom McKibben, hasn’t he? Three in a row for Charles How Ker’s got 28 yds when the line looks like he can rock it out of here. 194 to the front edge with a good dosage of helping wind. Oh, that’s a clever shot. coming out the rough. That’s the only option he had. Beautifully played. Yeah. Eagle attempt for a Kirk. Looks like he’s got a bit of a left right movement in the starting portion of his putt because of the shoulder coming off the bunker. The big man from Bangkok. An Eagle three. And now he’s only three back. Roshiata, former PGA Tour player, plays mostly in Japan now. And wow, what a shot there on the fourth. He’s got a lot of weight on his left side. Jazz. He’s looking for Eagle where that T-shot ended up. and he’s going to give himself an excellent chance being able to be aggressive at the pin. This is a crafty shot. Knocked it down really low. Now Jez this for an eagle very makeable range. Ah well done 12 on the par bouncing back of that bogey on the 12th. Kerick looking at his downhill putt. It is extremely shiny. Almost looks white. A little bit of break at from his right towards the ending portion. He’s made a couple of big ones today. He made a huge putt on six and he had a very awkward lie. Patrick Reed took a driver off the tea as well on 15th. Maybe that will get things going. Charles Howell from the left rough. It’s it the line looks a lot worse than it actually is. It’s just going to come out tumbling once it hits the green. 100 yards all up. I still remember one morning at the Abu Dhabi Championship a few years back when we was some frost. I know. Hey, that’s how you do it. At last for Patrick Reed for a round of 69, beg your pardon. So beautiful. Even better. Round of 68. Jonesy. Left to right uphill putt on the 14th. Yes. 12 under par. Matt Jones. He’s not going to get there, but it’s a terrific couple of days for the young Northern Irishman. Yes. Well done, Tom McKibben. A 65 to follow yesterday’s 60. And as Tom says, he hasn’t dropped a shot. 15 under par. Just going to be a slow putt for Jane Watton and on uphill into the green trying to get this ball onto that back plateau. So hard to convince yourself to hit this one hard enough. Oh, but he has. My oh my’s made some putts today, Jazzy Jane. Oh, what a way to finish. That was a popular birdie, wasn’t it? Well done, Miguel. Jazz Jin Watan on 66, Kadappy Barrat 65, and Peter Uline 63. all tied for second and Charles Hal the third after that 62 moves into a tie for fifth along with Louis Tasen and Thomas Peters. 1. all fine, but no drama. No players caught in traps, under a tree, playing from the water. Just boring 5 feet putts generally. Boring.

  2. I wonder if these Asian Tour events increased their funding and prize pools once the LIV players migrated? Like was it worth it or is it a bummer?
