Moving Zero Torque Forward
By using multi-material construction in S2S Tri-Hot, Odyssey has been able to move the CG of these putters far enough forward to get the shaft entering the head on the topline. This eliminates the need for shaft lean and thus removes one of the biggest barriers to entry for this style of putter. It provides a more natural, intuitive, and comfortable setup position.
By strategically using Aluminum, Steel, and over 140 grams of tungsten, Odyssey has designed a “Zero Torque” putter with more than 80% of its weight under the topline, allowing for the forward CG and hosel position.
New Ai-DUAL Insert
This dual-layer urethane insert has a soft outer layer and a firm inner layer, delivering not only consistent ball speed across the face but also enhanced forward roll up and down the face and amazing feel. The new Forward Roll Design groove pattern is deeper and more aggressive with a 19° slope, working in conjunction with the dual-layer design to improve forward roll across the face.
New Pistol Plus Grip
The putter team at Odyssey surveyed the most popular grips on Tour, resulting in a new mid-sized pistol grip that provides better awareness of where the putter face is throughout the stroke.
