Scrivener came out determined to improve on day two, and did just that. She bogeyed holes one through six before settling for a double bogey on hole seven. A pair of pars put her at 45 on the front nine. She picked up pars on holes 11, 12, 15, and 17 on the back nine to work her way up the leaderboard, finishing the day with a 90.

Her combined two-day score of 186 moved her from 32nd to 26th place on the leaderboard. The 26th-place finish marks the fourth-best in Lady Tiger golf history and the top finish under current head coach David Stalder.

Anna Bell, a freshman from Poplar Bluff, captured the Class 3 individual championship with a 7-under-par 147. The Pembroke Hill Raiders, representing District 4, took home the team state title with a combined score of 724. St. Michael the Archangel, also from District 4, finished second at 737.
