Eastern Girls Golf 2025

A look at this years Eastern High School girls golf team.

I had Mr. Fidawa, our coach, in 11th grade as a algebra 2 teacher and he kept promoting it and I was like, I can get it down in like two weeks or 3 weeks. Give me two weeks and I’ll do it. We have a very small team right now. Our goal is to get more people, but everyone’s new and everyone’s a senior. Mr. Fredo is a really good coach. He brings us breakfast whenever we have morning games or lunch or whatever we need. We get to pick our own uniforms, which is something that’s like very rare in sports at Eastern. We get to pick like the type of skirts we want, the length and all of that. And then like the color and all that. We get like a decision and it’s like very, you know, you feel like you’re a part of a team. We’re all very like close together. We’re all very sweet. We get to know each other and yeah, it’s really, it’s a fun experience. So far, I am looking forward to improving and hopefully going to regionals. That’s my goal personally. And I hope for the team we get like at least 10 people. That’s my goal to expand the team. It’s very fun. Our reactions when we like hit is like interesting. So it’s a fun experience.
