Fruit (pineapple, watermelon, grapes, blueberries, raspberries). My wife cuts it up and puts it in little containers in my cooler. Usually comes out halfway through the first nine. I always offer to my partners. Some guys always take one, some guys never do. There is no in between. Not everyone eats fresh fruit. I’ll also do a banana on the course.
Pepperettes, or beef jerky. Cheese and crackers. Meat and cheese keep fine in my cooler, but I keep them down near the ice packs. Chips and peanuts are also good.
Rounding out my usual selections: leftover pizza, which I feel is an underrated course snack. Wife-made wraps or sandwiches are god-tier course snacks and the envy of your buddies who grab a glizzy at the turn. No disrespect to turn glizzies, of which I have had my share.
Some of my golf partners call me Snacks Harrison.

Refuse to get hangry, thangry, or slangry on the golf course. I have enough other things to make me angry as it is.

I pack 3 PB&Js, a double scoop protein shake and some sugary snacks, .5-1gal liquids. Golfing generally covers my breakfast and lunch needs.
I also have more snacks, nuts, dried edamame, proteinbars, glucose etc.

Reese’s or Hershey’s OneBar. Flavor-wise they destroy ALL other protein bars, and it’s not close. It tastes like you’re eating a candy bar, but it has 17g of protein and only 3g of sugar.
