love the nature valley PB wafer bars…less crumbs, taste great.

Whatever protein bar that I’ve picked up at my last Costco run.

  4. Clownworld964

Uncrustables may be the goat…right behind the turn dog obviously

  5. moskowizzle

Usually a Gatorade protein bar, but the Kirkland ones are pretty decent too.

    PB&J Uncrustable, or Swedish Fish

If I am +12 and want to shoot in the 30’s on the back 9, then a Triple Transfusion.

Little Bites muffins and Honey Stingers

Soreen lift bars, delicious filling and moist without being sticky

Yes, but those things will taste the same as day 1 in your bag as day 1001 in your bag.

  11. Tinned fish. King Oscar mackerel in sweet Thai chili sauce is one of my cheap favorites.

Fruit (pineapple, watermelon, grapes, blueberries, raspberries). My wife cuts it up and puts it in little containers in my cooler. Usually comes out halfway through the first nine. I always offer to my partners. Some guys always take one, some guys never do. There is no in between. Not everyone eats fresh fruit. I’ll also do a banana on the course.

Pepperettes, or beef jerky. Cheese and crackers. Meat and cheese keep fine in my cooler, but I keep them down near the ice packs. Chips and peanuts are also good.

Rounding out my usual selections: leftover pizza, which I feel is an underrated course snack. Wife-made wraps or sandwiches are god-tier course snacks and the envy of your buddies who grab a glizzy at the turn. No disrespect to turn glizzies, of which I have had my share.

Some of my golf partners call me Snacks Harrison.

    Banana and Red Bull before.

Beer and pen hits during lol

2 jammies, 1 protein bar, 1 bag of jerky, 2 Aspire Energy Drinks, 1 Cali Cactus Water, 1 32oz bottle of water with a pack of liquid IV and scoop of BCAAs.

Refuse to get hangry, thangry, or slangry on the golf course. I have enough other things to make me angry as it is.

I pack 3 PB&Js, a double scoop protein shake and some sugary snacks, .5-1gal liquids. Golfing generally covers my breakfast and lunch needs.

I also have more snacks, nuts, dried edamame, proteinbars, glucose etc.

Lately it’s been Michelob Pure Gold’s and half a cigar.

Marshmallows to confuse other golfers, sun flower seeds to add extra slope to the green.

Reese’s or Hershey’s OneBar. Flavor-wise they destroy ALL other protein bars, and it’s not close. It tastes like you’re eating a candy bar, but it has 17g of protein and only 3g of sugar.

  19. Sweet_Mother_Russia

Like 5 Gatorade Zeros because I sweat so bad that I almost passed out on the course this summer lol

  20. OVO_Trev

2 for $1 honey roasted peanuts from the gas station

  21. usuallyjustreading_

Uncrustable if I remember to grab some, trail mix, and I always have organic fruit strips (aka adult fruit roll ups) in my bag if I need a quick sugar rush. That’s my poor man’s version of Phil’s “For Wellness” gummies

  22. Yourbedsheets

I just wait til I get back to the golf clubhouse to eat

  23. Vindicationnnnnn

The square orange cheese crackers with peanut butter. Just something about them.

  24. Protein bars- two on the front and one around the 13 do the trick. And I alternate water and an electrolyte drink

  25. bootloadernotfound

Costco (Kirkland) individually packaged trail mix

  26. Apple_Scrumble

Ah yes Nature Valley bottom of the bird cage, I’ve been there 😅

  27. FrothySpearo

Peanut butter, banana, and honey sandwich…..the squirrels will be climbing all over your bag.

May be an odd man out here, but I do not like eating on the course. Distracts my feeble mind.
