I have a bay in my shop that I have been using as my man cave. It’s been great only issue is I have a rental suite on the back side of my shop and we didn’t think about soundproofing at all. So my renter hears me every time I want to use my shop and I can hear everything they are saying/doing.
I have always wanted a golf sim but it would be way too loud for them so I decided to build a stand alone room in the shop that is soundproofed. So far I am at the drywall stage, hoping to get the sim up and running be December!
