As an Atlanta native, this was a dream come true. Monday, I got the chance of a lifetime to play Peachtree Golf Club and the experience was nothing short of religious. From the moment I pulled on property, my lofty expectations were beyond exceeded.
Our caddie, Sam, has looped there for 21 years and made the experience even better. While the scorecard was psychotic, Sam helped guide me from the medal tees and I ultimately finished -1.
Everything about it was unreal, the views, the layout, and just the sheer history of the place. I can’t put into words what it felt like to walk the fairways of one of the most prestigious clubs in the country & even the world.
If you ever get the chance to play here, saying no, shouldn’t be an option. I can promise you, it’s even better than how it’s been often described.

You gonna get some member/tournament in trouble and I’m here for it
Man thank you for sharing your experience and these pictures! Looks like a wonderful day and I’m slamming hard between happy for you and jealous asf 😀
-1 on that course is fantastic
Looks majestic af
Stahhh-p 😊
Sweet, thanks for posting, and helluva round BTW. Maybe a second crack at it, same caddie, you’d shoot 66
what a great rebound after starting with 3 bogeys 👌 great round. amazing photos. thanks for sharing.
Exquisite
That’s quite the scorecard.
I work a few miles from the course, and every time I drive by, I dream of hopping the fence.
Damn hell of a round. Place looks awesome as well. Genuinely didn’t know there was so much history about the place. Still a lot to learn. I am genuinely curious as to some of the comments + things I’ve heard from other clubs about the no pictures thing. What’s the reason? I can understand no pictures showing close up face shots of members etc, but what’s the problem with a few photos of the club house/ a few holes?
2 eagles in a round is pretty freaking insane. Pics are awesome! Congrats on -1
What other famous courses have you played and how does it compare?
I personally like to rank the course and club separately a for example my favorite course is Rivera and favorite club is Oakland Hills (rip clubhouse).
Guest fee? $300? $500?
Those first six holes… wow bravo
A good caddie makes a world of difference. Not just for your score but for the vibes.
I had a subpar experience recently and it was kind of a bummer. Like getting paired with a bad random plus you have to pay them.
I’ll say!
Great score too!
4 pars and finished -1. I don’t know what is more impressive. But hell yeah to both!
Two big birds in one round. Nbd
My buddy got to play and didn’t stop gushing about it. I’m trying to get Dunwoody Country Club lined up now but baby steps in the right direction to get here one day hopefully.
What a mixed bag there. 2 eagles? Great round. Jealous, that place looks amazing
Stunning course! How fast were the greens?
This weeks weather in Atlanta has been perfection for golf. I will say your round is probably more scenic than the 9 I walked at Browns Mill today.
What’s your average drive?
Peachtree was incredible. Truly one of my favorite golf memories

I’m overjoyed for you….
I drive by peachtree every day on the way to work. What a dream
Two eagles. Very nice.
