Connection and consistency is my main issue. Finding a range of 230-250 at the range but more consistently 200 with a slice or an improper connection. What can I do to improve this swing?
Not hitting the ground before the ball would be a good start

I would start with your address. Your upper body looks closed in relation to your feet alignment.

Your driver head is inside for your take away. Try to start your takeaway with your hands inside and your club head outside of your hands. Meaning as you start your back swing keep the butt of your club as close to your legs as possible. Practice that with half swings with an 8 iron. As you come to the top of your swing you will have to turn your hands over but your club head will be square not open like it is now. Again, practice one piece take away with your hands coming close to your thighs. Do half swings to hit the ball. Don’t worry about where the ball goes that doesn’t matter for this feel.

Look at the club head at the top of your swing, not ideal. It also looks like you are locking your trail leg, try to keep a little bend in it.
