A hilarious moment no one on the course will ever forget. The rules official walks over to check the situation and she just can’t believe what she’s seen. In the second round of the Northern Trust 2021, Hideki Matsuyama’s T-shot slices way off to the right. It bounces hard and then completely disappears from view. Moments later, everyone’s attention turns to one man in the crowd. When the official arrives, fans are pointing and laughing, and this guy awkwardly points to his backside, saying, “The ball’s in my pants.” Nobody believes him at first until Matsuyama himself walks up to see what’s going on. Then suddenly the missing ball literally drops out of his pants.
