[Applause] There haven’t been many swinging misses period by the Toronto offense. Vlad Jr. 5 for six in this division series. His last eight games against the Yankees. He’s sitting above 600. He’s such a rhythm hitter. You see where he starts with the bat, but then he gets the bat in position. Again, he’s not going to launch and lift. He’s going to attack the angle. More line drive. Think about growing up in that household, having hitting be seen and taught in a different way than what the guys are being taught today. He’s a comfortable, confident hitter when his mechanics and timing is on plate. A 200 Vlad growing up in that household meant growing up in major league stadiums, major league clubouses. He was he’d follow his dad everywhere and he would be six, seveny old kid making the big leaguers saved. There’s no way. Tell me how old this kid is. Watch his foot tap. That’s the timing of when he’s on time. He gets a short toe down and baby. Goodbye Junior strikes again. Heat. Heat. All right. [Applause] Thank you. Vlad and the Jays are humiliating the New York Yankees. Outscoring them 19-1 over the first game and a half two and on Kirk. We’re going to show you that again. And that was just as beautiful of mechanically sound hitting you’ll ever see. Now granted, he worked himself into a great count, but man, when it when he hits and he’s on time, it is pretty to watch.

  6. It's probably a bad sign when a guy comes up to bat and is so comfortable he's dancing.

  7. What an amazing moment! The loaded bases, the hit, the bat flip, the home crowd reaction, the opposition reaction, the home run jacket, the salute to the crowd….AWESOME!

    What a ride it’s been
    Now it’s October
    Think it’s safe to say

’Cause the Blue Jays Way is better than the way we had

    Verse 2
    Now the pitcher throws heat
    Springer swings the bat

  11. Being there to see both Jose's infamous homerun in 2015 as well as being there for this… I can easily say this one was amazing with the roof open and against the Yankees
