The fastest round in PGA TOUR history 😳
8:30 Eastern. That was off of one. This was at the six. He’s waving at it. [Music] Played well as he played quickly. Billy, you’ve been in this situation before. I did this at Bay Hill and I actually I thought I was pretty quick. I think, you know, played in 2 hours and 51 minutes, but I didn’t run. didn’t run and we didn’t toss clubs and we didn’t do anything like that. That was the best exchange right there. Divot for clubs. Divot for clubs. Two clubs in the air at the same time. He’s got the flag. There’s the putter laying on the green behind him. Catty’s already gone. He doesn’t even have He’s not even going to take the time to go get the putter off the ground. He’s going to use the wedge. And as you said, it wasn’t reckless. This was a birdie putt at 12. He went back to back at 12 and 13. And when you look at what he did on the final few holes after going one over par makes three birdies and uh this on 18 this for Eagle. Now it’s going to go out of frame simply because no one knew a player was going to be there at this time of day. There would have been no reason to staff this c. Watch. Now watch watch the caddy. Watch the caddy over to the right. Yeah. Watch this. Watch this. [Applause] video from a cell phone. Anything else that happens
Wesley Bryan finished 18 holes in 89 minutes, averaging just about 1 minute per stroke. He shot 2-under 69 in the final round of the BMW Championship in 2017. (via @PGATOUR)

I can’t remember why he had to play fast?
caddy went home BAD EDIT
What was the point of it
What was the point of it
Yup. This is why I don't play golf or in tournaments -it's way way way too slow.
89 minutes is crazy
Dude wanted to go get breakfast before they stopped serving
Running on a green is unacceptable. Sorry 😂
Free Wesley
Why did he have to do this?
Get this man his card back
Fantastic sexy Wes….i’ll tap!!!
Nobody show your wives this!!!
why he have to play so fast? was he super late to the game or something
With a cart, 90 minute solo rounds are about average.
About 90% of amateur golfers could learn something from this.I can't tell you how many times I see a golfer taking fifteen minutes to hit a shot that goes thirty feet
THE MAN!
Don't show this to the wives
What was the score?
Damn, I played 18 by myself in a cart once in 105 minutes, doing it in 89 walking is insane.
Legend
Dude had an appointment
What was the hurry?
The way most golf clubhouses expect everyone to play so they can work those 4 minute tee times difference
Whenever I play super fast like this i always end up doing much better for some reason
Bryan Bros golf channel on youtube is great content.
Let's catch Wes!! Nobody caught him that day.
With those pants on, he wanted to get off the course as quickly as possible
Why?
Why?
Did he say at the end his caddy said something about you got a plane to catch?. Was that the reason for the speed?
Best gopros in the game
They let him play but told him because of his choice of clothing they were limiting his play time!!
If everyone can play this fast
To raise money for charity each year local club. 7 players complete 100 holes on a 72par 6500m. They do 5 full rounds and 10 x hole 10 which is the closest hole to the club house. 5am-6pm 13hrs
Calcavechia & Daly once got fined for doing this – playing a fast round 30 years ago ! The tour said it was unprofessional !
What was the reason for doing that?
Why?
I played 18 in 90. Shot a 93
Why did he do that?
When you’re getting paid for it: sickest move ever. When you’re paying to golf: waste of money.
Saw this on espn and thought wth? Then they explained it was in order to catch a flight. Other times I’ve seen college players run and race to finish a round before dark so they wouldn’t have to wake up early to finish the round the next morning.
what did he shoot
No wonder he’s a YouTuber now
Why did he have to do this
Wesley is so good
Was that not Matthew Wolf. I remeber this happening years ago.
