Playing the BEST NEW course in the world!

In today’s video, I embark on a quest to discover and uncover a brand new golf course. As the first person to ever film here, I’m answering the question, is this the best new golf course in the world? Okay, here we go. We are on the new course at Trump International. And this course is new. It has just opened. We are the first people out here to film and show you what the guys in there are calling the best new golf course in the world. Now, we’re going to be doing a scratch golf for episode. So, anything 70 and under is going to be a gold medal. 71 to 75 a silver up to 80 from 76 that’s going to be a bronze and anything over that is a big fat nothing. Now, we’re up here on a trip with golf brakes. As mentioned, we’ve already played the other course here. We’ve done King’s Barnes. We’ve done Dumbani. It’s been an amazing adventure. Head down into the description below if you want a links to Golf Breaks so you can book the perfect golf holiday. They’ve been an amazing partner of the channel and we’re just delighted to be here. And on a morning like this, look at that sunrise. Kieran, look at the sunrise. Look at it. Now you, Jacob. I’m looking at it. me spoiling the view. Par five to begin with, 522 yards. It’s the blue TE’s which are the furthest out today. That’s still going to be 6,800 y. So, a pretty stern test. We have Kieran. We have Jacob. What’s your score predictions today, boys? I’ll go for a 67. A 67. Interesting. 69. A 69. We should point out just in case you think these guys are being a little bit too cocky. Um, so far this trip about an eight under a level and a level around some really tough venues. So the form is good. I am officially one of the greatest putters in the world. I think we can all agree that now. But I do have two putters in the bag. Right driver. I’m going to hit it at that just the edge of that left bunker which is 310 away. Okay. So, I’m just going to hit a little fade off that. Just cut a touch. I think it might have crept in. That struck it. Unreal. Okay. It’s par five to begin with. I do love a golf course that starts with a par five. It’s the best thing. What’s the worst start on a course? Three. Yeah, par three over 200 y. Now, as mentioned, this is right next to the old course here. And it started out quite similar. You know, we’re in between the dunes, a little bit tighter off the tea. And then after this, it goes apparently a bit heathlandy. It goes uber linksy. We’ve got holes, which are the most dramatic in Scotland apparently. And then the closing stretch looks really odd on the scorecard. and on the course planner. So, I’m not entirely sure how that’s going to all play out, but I’m excited to see quite a bit of room to work with. So, I’m going to hit I’m going to hit a fire. I’m going to hit my normal club. See if I can just scramble it up there. Oh, it’s just gone out left. What’s over there? Ruffy. Ruffy. It’s Ruffy. Hopefully I pulled a lie. The roof on the old course is absolutely brutal. I hope that’s found a lie. Shopping around on the first all too much. Wow. Right along the ridge. It’s that great. It’s a hard shot, but it’s much better than it could have been. Got to come in at this a little bit this way cuz there’s a massive clump here. I’ve almost got to play like a hook. and try and land it on top of that slope there. How’s that slowed up? I thought I played an unbelievable shot then. Oh god. Yeah, be careful. A hell. It’s wild in here. I mean, they are new greens. New greens normally are firmer. Not particularly much slower. All right, this putter has been on absolute fuego. Even yesterday where I didn’t actually hold anything, I still put it really well. I think I lipped out 22 times yesterday, which is actually quite tough to do in 18 holes. Oh, it’s definitely slower. Definitely slower than yesterday. Okay, that’s not bad though. That gives me a good reading going forward. Well, that was an adventurous pile, wasn’t it? Grand opening. Oh my god, that’s this year. I’m not usually a massive fan of water hazards on a link golf course. don’t think they kind of blend in with the surroundings too much, but this one looks pretty cool. It’s got a massive like curtain wall sur. But you can’t you can’t argue with how stunning this hole looks again. Straight up the gut. It’s kind of like that bunker left with a touch of fade is what the uh what the hole seems like it wants you to do. But I’m just going to aim on the edge of it. So that last drive went pretty straight. Let’s keep your head up. Yeah, just on the very very edge of the fairway, I think. A little bit healy, but it’s okay. Absolutely fine. Thank you, Ken. Thank you. See that, Jacob? Positive reinforcement. This plot of land is kind of next to the other course and they’re calling this like wetlands. So potentially here before there was like natural water courses and they’ve remade them into these hazards which is more acceptable. That’s acceptable. I can I can get on board with that just about 130 yards just over left into the pin. There’s a bit of a slope behind. New greens don’t normally spin that much. So, we’ll see if I can get this behind the pin if it moves back. It’s pretty good. Thank you. I just don’t think it went high enough. That was It was on a bit of an ups slope. I almost took a helicopter out. They might have a warning on the radars. Okay, that’s great shot. I’m vibing with it. It’s hard not to on a morning like this admittedly, but [Music] keep going like that, boys. I I think I think today off the blues we have a potential of setting a course record. I mean, we can go in and ask. Good morning. It’s the pro shop. Hey, morning. It’s um just Pete. I’m out on the uh the new course. What’s the um current course record? It is 68, I believe, off the blues. 68. Okay, cool. I was kind of hoping you’d come back to me uh with a It’s not been set yet. Sorry, I’ve just birdied the second hole, so we’re all getting pretty excited out here. Okay, it’s exciting. This gives us something to waiting for. Cheers, bud. Okay, cheers. Thank you. See you. Bye. Third hole. 186 yards. What a stunning little par three. Got two kind of little hazards here. Well, little massive hazards. I must admit, it does look very pretty this morning. It’s like reflecting the clouds. It’s beautiful. Still 186. I got a six iron. Pin looks central, but it’s just a bit back. I’m going to go pretty much straight at it. That’s it. Yeah. Just cling it onto that back edge. I think pretty good. Slightly thin. Slightly thin. But with the greens how they are, I think we got I think we can be quite aggressive because the greens aren’t mega firm. They feel quite they just feel good like they don’t feel hard feel like just a link green but with them being slightly slow we can be attacking today. Come on team. So one thing which I love about the old and they’ve done it on the new and you can actually see it here. See the difference in the grass. So they use a different grass for the paths. So it’s like really hardwearing. So rather than having like stones or anything else, everything’s just grass. And I love I love the look of it. And there’s a lot of courses out there, Wallace, like Westl. I think it’s awesome. Looks like it’s looks like it’s going to move slightly slightly right to left. Went the other way. Went the other way at the end. Oh man, that was a good pop. That was a good put that. Okay, one under through three. Three greens in regulation here. Going back to the shop. Have you got the steps on that now? I was wonder. Right, fourth hole. Uh jeez. So, wetlands all around to the right side. The hole is there. It’s about 400. Yeah. 393 straight on that line. Can’t make any of the carry. The carry on line with see where that you got the birds in the fairway. The one that’s walking. So where that’s walking now, it’s about 250 to there. So I’m going to hit a mini driver at that. Um if there’s a little bit of a cut on there, that’s okay. Sit down and sit down hard. I don’t see it down. Oh, bailed. Bailed on it. It was a cut. I just didn’t want to let that cut go. It’s okay. I mean, I still should have a shot into the green as long as the lie is not too bad. So, come on. Got want to get a course record, right? 120. Lie is marginal. The lie is marginal. It’s 120 to the pin about 110 to clear the uh water hazard. Big old rocks there. It’s a expensive day at BNQ. God, that came out bad. Right, 85 in. Like a nice little 34 lob wedge behind the pin. Bit of spin. One, two, drop three up and down for a bogey. All right, we have a chance. We have a chance for a bogey to remain at level. Come on, guys. Bit more positivity, please. Woo. Okay, chance for bogey. We’re not going to get any spin. Need to remember that. Just down the slope a little right to left. probably hit it a bit straighter as well. So, I’ll phone back to the pro shop, see what the worst score they’ve had yet is. I knew I shouldn’t have made the call. It’s too early. It was too brash. It was too bold. Right. We It’s a one over. It’s a one over after four holes. A lot of par fives to come though and scorable holes they’ve done had a very quick look at the scorecard. So I think what they’ve done is do you remember the sixth yesterday the really short par four which followed two tough holes. I think they’re doing something similar on this course where it’s like hard challenging here’s a chance so you don’t leave that kind of vibe. Big old par 4 now. Best part 450. The line is see the flag in the background hanging limp in the morning air. It’s basically that little dog leg to the right hand side. Come on. If you want to sniff that record pretty much perfect. Perfect. What is going on over there? That hole there. Go the bunkers. [Music] 107 yards into the pin. Um, which leaves me an option. It’s like half a gap wedge or a 3/4 sand wedge. Feeling it just like a bit more of cuz it’s at the back of the green a bit more drivey. So just half a gap wedge in that. I mean it’s a great really good drive. That’s the cross bunker which we managed to bomb pass. A good 330 off the tea. Pretty good. Quite a firm first bounce, wasn’t it? Yeah. It’s okay. It’s a good shot. Long as we keep hitting good shots and giving ourselves chances, that is the order of the day. Right, we’re downhill left to right. Bit slower than the other day. Just judging the brake on these. It is downhill, so don’t go ridiculous with it, but they’re just not turning as much. They’re just not turning as much. A little bit more grass on the greens. Take a little bit of break out of it, but it’s nothing that the best putter in the world will not be able to adapt to. This is not the not the hole up on the hill. It’s before that. I think there’s a water hazard on the right of the green line here. Is I think it’s just to the right of that bunker. I think if I really catch one, I can probably fly it. was pretty good fly ball. Oh yeah, that was naughty. That was a big boy. Think I might have saved it with my hands a touch, but struck that. Unreal. Come on, lads. It’s time to start racking up some little birds and big birds. I think off the tea this is almost harder than the old course. It’s narrower. Definitely now 235 yards left in. There’s water front right. I’m going to go hybrid just to the left of the green like in that gap. I’m just going to try and cut it back a little bit, but if it stays straight that’s fine. Sit. Sit. Sit. Sit. Sit. Sit. Sit. Sit. Sit. Sit. Sit. Sit. sit. All right. Just over the back. Came out really knuckly that one. It’s okay cuz I was cutting it. So, I managed to take a bit off. But I I would rather be missing there than short, right? Cuz I think out of that lie. Could have maybe forced a four iron there. But if I catch it a bit thin or a little bit heavy, there’s only one place it’s heading. So, a good miss. Professional miss. I mean, I talk I talk about it being a good miss. Only just should have maybe had a little bit of a closer look at the stroke saver or got the old shot scope GPS out to have a look at the back of this green. Um, oh, that lie is stinky. It’s kind of on roof and it’s sat up a good don’t know 4 in above the level of the ground. Just going to have to try and kind of catch it pretty clean on an upward strike. landing onto a down slope, but there is room to work with. The biggest detail in the history of golf. I it I always I I need to figure out how to play that shot a little bit better. So, I sat up with that that much of the ground and I got to catch it on a good arc. Always a little bit of a struggle. Man, a par on that is annoying. It’s annoying mostly because of that chip. Par fives have to birdie par fives. Like if you have a look at the stats, just a aside a a coaching point if you will try and find I’m sure there’s a stat here somewhere. We’ll pull up like Tiger Woods’s career underpar stats and par threes, par fours, it’s basically level in his entire career. Par fives is about 700 underpar. Like that is where you need to make your score. And look at this next hole. Never. [Music] All right. Okay. Look at the green keepers in convoy. Let’s get to the green and shake it down another few. It’s 169 obviously uphill. So I’m going to play it around mid 170. It’s got seven iron. I want to start this just a little bit right at the pin and try and draw it. Nice high soaring flight. Hold that. Think so. Just overdid the draw, but I think it’s okay. Well, that was a slight mis clubbing. Actually, not a mis club, just a bit of a pull. I think a pitch at the back would have been fine, but this rough is. So, never going to let anything go. Um, ball is miles above my feet. I’ve just got to like kind of chop it down and hopefully just pitch it like around that sprinkler head and hope it releases. It’s pretty good. That is a pretty good shot. Bless you. Bless you. A little bit right to left. Just don’t play as much break. Just don’t play quite as much break. Oh, that was another good. Damn. Right, two over with work to do. do need to give myself a little bit of uh just a little bit of slack. Not played the course before. Like holes like this feels like almost you have to be aware of what is going on. Eighth hole feels like a pretty big Sorry. Did I step back or do you step forward? Which one was it? Which one was it? I step right. Okay. Feels like a pretty big hole and a pretty big stretch here. Just settle down. Getting a little bit little bit annoyed. It’s okay. Stay away from that bunker. Stay. Not sure if that slope’s took it in or held it, but it’ll be up near the If it’s in the bunker, then that’s close enough to the green to still give me a chance. Strick well. I thought when it hit that UPS slope it might have killed it, but okay. We are short of the bunker. Yeah, I think it it hit that UPS slope which killed it and then it ran to this UPS slope which killed it a little bit more which kept it short of the bunker which we’ll take. It’s got a lob wedge. It’s only like 50 yards. Lies pretty good. I think it’s going to spin. Yeah, pretty good little tiny kind of a pull but a lot more accurate. I’m getting down on myself a little bit here. positive. Yeah. Yeah. I I I don’t know why. I think cuz words for saying to Kier, I get a little bit little bit down on myself. I’ve got like very high expectations today. And you shouldn’t go in to anything with high expectations. Don’t think that’s a great lesson in life. What am I trying to say? You got to like treat each shot as an individual, each round as an individual. Got to make the best of what you have on the day. Got to make the best of what you have on the day. We are so back. Feels good, baby. Now we’re talking. Can I kind of be completely completely honest with you? First three holes really liked. Felt a tiny bit underwhelmed by those ones in the middle. Obviously that par three really cool. This is this is what I’m here for. Massive dunes. Like you’ve got literally some of the biggest dunes in the UK around the Abedine Coast. Like you want to be in between and you want this dramatic scenery. Like you’ve got the turbines, you’ve got the ships which are anchored out in the Abedine Bay. And look at how flat and how calm it is. These are the holes that we’re going to be coming to. This This is what I want. This is what I imagine when I’m thinking about like the new and the old course here. This is great. This is great. But I don’t think I’m hitting driver. It’s mini cutting back in. It’s 420, but it’s a three uh 290 run out. So, just want to throw it up that right hand side. Just going to cut it back into it. I like it. Perfect. God, I love golf. Quite a change around from a few holes ago. So, 120 yards left in. I found this like little ridge there and it’s kind of ran down. Quite a nice green like again just enclosed within the dunes. Just a beautiful looking hole. Big undulations on the fairways. Probably a little bit more undulating than the old. Same with the greens. A little bit more undulating into wind a touch. So, I’m just going to just flight in a pitching wedge. Pretty good. Oh, Pety’s feeling it. Feeling it all up and down my body in my pants. Um, I suppose that’ be waste area, would it? It’s impressive. Whatever it is, exposing the innards of a June. [Music] That was another good putt. Almost just seem to squirm a little. Right. It’s kind of one of those. That’s the only thing I might be just not regretting at the moment is like that looked straight. It looked like it could have gone a touch right, but need a little bit more luck on the greens. Right, we make the turn. We’re one over par, which means we need to be six under on the back to break the course record. Thanks for making me make that phone call. What’s the um current course record? Appreciate you. Right, this is the nuts. Yeah, this is great. uh 10th holes 260 yards from this tee. It’s a drivable hole from pretty much every te. The the difficulty is you got this massive chasm before filled with deep rough and there’s runoffs all around the green. It’s 240 to the front of the green and I feel it’s slightly down and it’s slightly downhill. So I’m just thinking a hybrid drawn into it. Come on. Be good. [Music] All right, fells. Now, as mentioned, we are here in Scotland with our good friends at Golf Breaks, who we’ve been on some incredible adventures with so far. They’re an amazing partner of the channel. And if you are thinking of booking a golf holiday, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Now, it’s not just me that’s saying that. If you go on Trust Pilot, you’ll see how many five-star recommendations that they have. They do everything from trips with the guys and with the girls to bucket list destinations to holidays and trips catered to whatever your budget and whatever your needs. And just look, this is it. I mean, this is one of the locations here in Abedine. We’ve been to South Africa so far. If you’ve not seen those videos, please do. We’ve been to Arizona. We’re in Scotland. There’s so many adventures which I can’t wait to bring you with Golf Break. So, massive thank you to them for partnering with the channel. Get down to the description if you do want to check them out a little bit more. Chance for an eagle. Just I’m going to trust this. It looks very straight. It looks straight. It looks straight. It looks straight. Never leave an eagle put short. Never ever leave an eagle put short. Emily, it did feel like I hit that quite hard. So, hey, it’s the easiest of eagles. Sorry. All right. All right. Sorry. Score police. Right. Sorry. I’ve The camera pointing around yesterday where I lost it. It was a little bit earlier today. Right. Level par. We are one under for the back nine. Let’s keep this going. Another incredible looking hole here. 400 yards straight up the hill. It’s 300 run out on that big mound on the right. So, I’m just going to go mini driver if I’m a little bit weward. Hopefully, it’ll be short. Maybe slightly longer second in, but seems like a smart play. Just a little cut. Got a nice little patented fade going on with this today. Nice little angle in mini driver. What a club. Oh, the strike on that as well. We got about one 125 playing up the hill. A little bit down. I’m thinking if it’s just like a full full-on wedge. I mean, it must be playing a good 10 up. Pin looks like it’s on the left there. Just going to weigh a kind of tall mound on the right. I’ll just go straight at it. I hope the drone got that before it decided to return to the home point. The Airbnb we’re going to book tonight. Jacob is on the couch. If that’s not got it, slap my bottom and call me Audrey. You’re not going to get much of a better view than that. I’ve always had a fascination with windmills of all types. Jonathan Creek used to be my favorite show. Yeah, I lived in a windmill, by the way, just in case anyone wants to. Interested and solved crimes using nothing but his wit and his knowledge of magic. This would be a magic birdie. That’s a bit of a rough segue, would it? Oh man, hitting some good putts. Hitting some good putts. If you hit good putts on the line you want and then they don’t break. And then there’s a few where I’ve gone, okay, I think I know the line, but I’m going to aim a bit straight and they broke. You just begin to like not trust yourself. And trust is so important within the game of golf. Don’t you find you need to believe and trust yourself, right? Look at this, man. This is unbelievable. Said this in the previous video, but the beaches in Abedine are some of the some of the most beautiful I’ve seen. The issue obviously is for, you know, two months of the year they’re great. Uh for the rest, bit chilly. If you’re into cold water swimming, though, what a beautiful little path. 335 yds. Just a smooth pitching wedge all over it. Tugged it. Sit. Oh, for a back left pin. That’s unbelievable. That was just a big old tug. Oh, tug the rug. Right, we are downhill a little bit left to right. I’m just going to trust it. I’m just going to trust it. Just going to feel it. Maybe the longest pull we’ve had in a while. Oh man, another good put. Another good effort. I mean, I can’t be too disappointed for two reasons. It’s a 40ft put. Not going to hold many of those. And just look at that. All right. Just Oh, man. What a day to get it on as well. Like no wind, no rain. Amazing. Obviously, I don’t know. You boys can tell me, but the lighting feels really special as well, like video wise. It’s time, Kieran. What is it time for? to a great shot. 381 yards to the hole. Now it’s downhill and it’s 320 to carry that bunker in front of the green. And it kind of feels if I carry that I might have a chance to get quite close to the front cuz it is quite severe. If I go in that it’s a problem and obviously you got rough all around. So it’s a bit of a risky shot but if we want to get near 68 risks are what we need to take. It’s a great strike. Just stay right at the roof. Yeah, it’s really good. Actually, it’s got a level with that bunker just in the little side slot of the fairway. Actually, a great angle in. Didn’t quite catch it, but still a really good drive, really good positioning, really good course, really good company, really good lighting, really good wildlife, really good natural energy um production. 60 yards. Nice and aggressive. What a day. settle. Looks pretty good just behind maybe. Yeah, I think I think it kind of took off really fast. [Music] At last, it all works out in the end. We are back to one under. We’re gonna play this finish as the sun starts to come out. We’re gonna go into Abedine. Okay, we have par four. Have a drone. 350 yards. It’s about 310 to the front. We’re slightly downwind, but slightly uphill. If I get an absolute rip snort of a drive, I think I might be able to just squeeze it there. The issue is you can see those hillocks up there or the dunes I suppose. They’ve got a lot of grass on them. If I sneak into one of them, we might be in a spot of bother, but no risk, no reward. We’re underpar. We’re feeling good. We’re feeling positive. Swing is feeling just Epic. Just get in between them two. I think that’ll be pretty good. It’s not I was trying to if I was going to miss I was trying to actually go to the left of the pin, but I’ve gone to the right of those humps and I think that might have worked out really well. It’s always a risk when you never played somewhere before and you kind of hit it where you can’t see it because there could be like a cavernous 80ft drop into a sand mine. But we’ll see. I’ve only got 50 yards to the pin, but I’ve got this huge mound ahead of us. There’s a little bit of room past it and a bank. So, a 50 yard shot. Just pretend like this hill isn’t here. Oh, thumbs up from Jakey Boy. I think that’s a whole uh I don’t know. Might could benefit from probably laying up. Just going to move slightly right. It’s a left edge put drilled like the oil out in the North Sea that was drilled. Now we got the halfway and the three quarter house which is over. The most the most important bit of the whole video. Hi. How are we doing buddy? You okay? I’m good, thank you. How are you? You know what? I’m absolutely wonderful now. Thank you. Good. Um can I get I would love some coffee. Flat white would be amazing. What is What is that pie selection like? So we’ve got minced pies just here for you. So we’ve got the macaroni and cheese pie for you as well and then the chicken curry at the bottom. Good selection for you. Yeah. I mean, I think I’ll probably have a chicken curry pie because macaroni cheese pies belong in probably the sixth circle of hell. I think they’re an abomination to both macaroni cheese, pasta, and pies. I don’t get it. I just don’t get macaroni cheese pies. Do you guys want macaroni cheese pie? I’d love a macaroni cheese pie. Thank you. Chicken curry for this episode. Yes, please. I’ll have a proper pie. Figures. Figures, guys. All right, we’ll have a pie off. It’s actually really good and genuinely this is really good. Like really good for a pie. Right. Massive massive last few holes here. Um, weren’t really thinking about it because kind of lost my way, but course record is still on. 68. That’s four under. We’re two under. We’ve got four holes to play and two par fives. Admittedly, this is a par five and it’s 600 y. So, it’s a proper proper par five. It is on quite an angle, though. So, we hit down to where these guys are here. These like to play the scramble, which I absolutely love, by the way. They’re on holiday. What a good time. They’re on scramble. Just had some whiskey in the halfway. Dush dush. Let’s play golf. So, it’s may have a chance of getting down to the last I think is a bit more reachable. Feels like side down. Just imagine walking into that pro shop. Kicking the door in. Do you want this signed? Do you want this signed? Got a frame ready. Got a frame. Who was it? Got the course record. Was it Go? I beat Gido before. Not a golf in a pizza making contest. I’m serious. I know. Where is that video? Do you think I beat an Italian at pizza making competition? It’s not on ours. Maybe. Yes, it’ll be somewhere. It’ll be hidden in the depths of YouTube. Me and Go Nikloi. Actually, actually, I’m telling you, it’s very nice. Look. Bombing. It’s not broke. Crispy. Straight down. Big bomb. Feels slightly right. Not sure. It felt like that was right. It actually look it there’s not a water hazard. There’s a ditch. We’ll see. We’ll see. I have I went miles right. I was I was about to drop one um to the side of the hazard there. I’m in like this weird cracked water hazard area and there’s balls everywhere and get a hybrid on it on the angle. It’s going to go literally over the corner. I can’t see where the pin is. Oh, that ground’s soft. What am I doing over here? Oh no. Oh my god. Sit down. Oh, it’s okay. What are we What are we doing over here? Cuz this has gone way if that this was online with the pin, it would have been way back there. However, got lucky. Very, very lucky. Can I take advantage? I’m just going to hit 54 degree. I want to land it. See that ridge in the green? I want to land it short of that. Let it go over it. Release down the other side. Yeah, pretty good. Just a bit too far left. Also, the I hit that hard. Do you need to remember I can be very aggressive. We’ll take it though, mate. Hey, listen. If we walk off here with a five, it’s unreal. Oh, this would be an outside birdie, would it? What an absolute joke. What absolute joke that is. Completely undeserved. Golf giveth and golf taketh away. And on that hole, it gave me a good old tickle on the nuts. 200 of the finest yards. Little back stop behind 200. So my new yardage is it should just be a nice smooth five iron with a nice little backdrop there to cushion it. Wind might be slightly down but there’s not really much in the area. So can’t believe how still it is. It’s unbelievable. I up here. This is a very rare day. God, that is a bag of crap. Oh, hey Pete. I’ve got an idea. How about you leave yourself the longest put on the biggest screen on the golf course? That’s a good idea, isn’t it? Little rant over. I was aiming so far left then. Like literally, I Oh, I was aiming into double freezing Galloway. I need to get it through my thick thick skull that hitting a fade does not require me to aim a million yards left. Did that on the last as well. Well, pin eye. Sign of quality ball striking. 30 yards away. Sign of a slice. Good length of putt here. We’re going up a slope and it’s going to break to the left. It’s going to go down the slope and it’s going to break to the right. Not really had one of them today. A super long port. I was getting just a bit confused about how hard I should hit it. It’s quite a severe downslope. Not my best there, Jacob. No, you can’t. You can’t do that. You can’t do it, Pete. [Music] [Music] God, I just hate hate my brain. It’s just a circle of stupid decisions at times. All right, I’m going to go That’s just an all round bad hole. Bad T- shot. Terrible three put. Back to two under. Two holes to go. Par four and a par five. Course record is tiable. Technically, I suppose he’s doable, isn’t it? You with an eagle. Yeah. Listen, we might look back at this and think, did he three put that on on purpose to make it more dramatic? Wow. 470 yards. Uh there is a ditch in this fairway which is like 330. Just a normal driver. Don’t kill it. Don’t try and be easy on it. Did not like that kick. That looked like a flat and fast kick. It’ll be fine. 330 like Yeah, I was I was just focused on really getting my swing where I wanted it to be. Strike was good. Yeah, spin was low. Just want to give a massive shout out to the green keeper who uh left this lovely little collar of roof at the end of the fairway. I knew I knew there was something about this hole. When I picked the driver out, I was like, why would they put the ditch there? Because it all slopes down to it. It’s actually left me now in an amazing position. The lie is good. 132 playing slightly uphill. This is just a Tommy Fleetwood little pitching wedge. Please be good. Oh, it looks unbelievable. It looks unbelievable. Kieran, talk to me. Seven foot. A you so sound so disappointed. Jacob’s editing this. Lost tour average from 140 yards. Your expectation levels have gone through the roof, gear. All right. How dirty that is on that. Come on. Come on. So, what do we need? Birdie to tie. Eagle to do it. Last hole. Par five and it’s getable. It’s 500 yards. It’s up the hill and it’s just straightaway drive. Just obviously can’t lose it. Right. A little bit more room left. comes out of this. I actually see it finish. If if it’s got over it, it’s fine. You miss left. Sorry, I didn’t I didn’t mean to throw my club. I’m just getting a bit invested. Throwing the club never looks good. That was petulant. Unfortunately, that is a drop in the bush. So disappointing. Right. Okay. However, if I still We’ve still got a chance to hold this, I suppose. Outside chance. Still got a chance for a birdie. 220. Real fly kind of into wind. Kick right or left. He’s just passed that bunker, I think. Right. Chip in to tie. Right. Lies a bit got quite a bit of sand behind the ball, but I think that might help it release. It’s a little bit down the slope left to right. Up and down for 69. Up and down. Two put. Still got a goal. So, we’re good. Come on. Let’s get up and down there. Pretty good. Pretty good that. Hey, what a day. What a day. Wow. that I sum up and down to save a par and to shoot a 69. What a day. What an unbelievable day. An absolutely stunning golf course. All right, 69 gold medal. 1. Trump playing the gentleman's game is disgusting enough. This inveterate and unapologetic golf cheater should be banned from golf for life.
Those that support him in my view are no better than he.

  2. 18:34 – advice from a caddie here on how to play this shot. May work for the lie
    1. Less loft or more bounce on the club selection
    2. Ball position forward
    3. Try and almost hit a blend of a bump and run / chip shot. Calm hands and let the club do the work

  3. Unreal editing. The team is amazing. And now we got Pete sending voice replies 😂 love it. Can’t wait for the next upload

  4. Bunkered magazine already released a vlog from here, but you make sure you tell people you were “the first to film” there, like it matters.

Also, I’d highly recommend against using golf breaks, unless to want a trip to cost more. Better pricing up and doing the work yourself, it’s so easy.

  5. Peter even copies the bunkered vlog and phones the pro shop to ask what the course record is after an early birdie.

They birdied the first and did it, as well as being the first to film and release a vlog on the course.

You need to try harder for original content.

  6. Peter Finch living his best life. Vlogging and playing the best courses in the world. So what if he's not a touring pro. He's probably having a ton more fun.

  7. “Really disappointed to see this, especially after the energy and meaning of the Ryder Cup. I usually enjoy your content, but this one missed the mark for me.

  8. Do a spin off the break 70 series with making out with a chick based on your play. 70 or under and you get to kiss a hot chick. 71-75 an average chick. 75+ is a fat chick

  9. Great video editing and super excited to see the first filming at the new course! Looks like an amazing golf course.

  10. No more watching your videos Peter. Not that my withdrawal from subscription will impact or bother you I am sure. I communicated to you very recently how disappointed I was at your playing at, providing advertising for, and perhaps even paying to playing on any Trump owned course. To have anything to do with, even in a distant and tacit way with such a dangerous and destructive sociopath empowering them and validating their toxic relational style through attendance at his courses or any other entity he owns. To see you once again play at a Trump course is beyond my previous experience of you, albeit it was via youtube not in direct personal contact.
As a family man, a what I thought was a decent, sane Englishman with insight and discernment. It appears I was wrong. I have just now cancelled my subscription to your channel, sadly.
I am glad though that I hold understanding of the nature of any association, however distant, with Donald Trump means. When my children ask me or my grandchildren ask me about Trump and what he is and will do to the whole world I will be able to look them in the eye and say to them, I knew who and what he was and made my small stand to refute and revoke his sick, warped mind and perverted behaviour. How about you?

  11. 7 birdies. Fair play. I live an hour away and haven't had the chance to play either of the trump courses.
