Hey family. So, welcome back. So, since my sister’s doing my makeup for my engagement photos, I figured I would give you guys an update on the wedding. So, we decided to move our wedding to Stonewall Golf Course, which is within our subdivision of where we live at, just because it was just a little stressful for me to plan a wedding, destination wedding in the midst of all the work stuff and the government. It was just too much. So, I figured I needed a place that was close to home that I could just touch and communicate with and it just took um a thousand% stress off of me once we decided to move the location. So, here is where the ceremony will be. They have a covered patio area um which it will be in May, so it will be a little cooler and not too hot. I’m going to pop in another picture of how the ceremony could also be set up and you can see the water and the golf course. So, um I’m super excited about it um because it’s just an opportunity for us to celebrate with our family, but also just not be as stressful for me because everything is here within Virginia and I can just put my hands on things. We are going to have our reception in their ballroom. Here’s a little picture of what their ballroom looks like. And they also gave us a little discount because we’re residents, so that was also a blessing. So, where we are with the wedding, we are still getting married um in May. The date is uh May 16th. Uh we’ve secured our venue. We’ve secured our photographer who the photographer is the one who’s taking our engagement photos. He’s the one that’s doing the photos for the wedding. We have secured our flowers. Um, so the only other things that we have to do is our DJ and our cake and you know the program and all of that jazz. I’ve decided that I’m going to do virtual things. So the save the date will be coming out virtually. The invitation will be coming out virtually. There won’t be any hard copy anything happening um just because that will be easier for me and my fiance. So, uh, that is the update on the wedding. As you can see, my sister is working hard on my makeup. I had decided that we were going to do our engagement photos right before we left to go on our vacation to Cabo. And my sister was already here for the weekend. So, we ended up getting up at 6:00 in the morning on that Sunday. And she beat my face, as they say, uh, cuz she will be doing my makeup on the day of the wedding as well. So, she beat my face and we all hopped in the car and drove to the Navyyard and that is where we did our engagement photos and they turned out so well. Uh, one of my friends saw one of the pictures and she said, “My makeup looks so natural,” which is such a blessing. So, here’s the after. What do you guys
